Personally, I liked the variety of the breakfast buffet and also the comfort of the suites. The room was cleaned frequently too, which is a bonus and the staff were also helpful.
Well, I can't say there was something I particularly disliked.

The hotel's location is very convenient, just a small walk from Václavské náměstí, there are the ever present Mini marts, and several tram stops to conveniently get around the city. The hotel was very clean, staff was great, for breakfast, there was plenty to choose from. The only thing we were missing in the room was a shoe horn, but that is literally the only thing I can nitpick. Otherwise, this was truly exceptional stay and I will gladly come back for the next stay. Thank you.

I had to ask Reception to call my neighbour as the TV was very loud. The walls seem thin between the rooms. I could hear everything they were saying/doing.

Stayed three nights. We were going to a concert around the corner at the Lucerna Music Bar, so the hotel was extremely well located. It is also about 2 mins walk from half way up Wenceslas Square and less than 5 to lots of trams and the metro. We were there in February, so the rooms were extremely affordable. Staff were very nice and genuinely friendly, particularly the bar staff and reception. I personally prefer this neighbourhood than being to close to the old town square. I had a superior double twin, which - compared to other places I have stayed in Prague at a similar level, was quite roomy. Nice comfortable double bed, side tables, lots of lighting choices, a writing desk, cuboard, safe, fridge and tea/coffee facilities in the bedroom. There is a reception area/ small room where I stored my suitcase on the rack provided. Nice sized basic bathroom with shower in bath and heated towel rack. The windows open if you want fresh air. The breakfast room is huge with a very impressive cross section of hot and cold food, pastries, breads, fruit, cheeses, desserts, juices, espresso machines, including milk and plant-based milk. Loved the mid-century modern communist era aesthetic that has been preserved as heritage. Very solid building.
I could not find a plug next to my bed, so had to recharge my devices across the room at the writing desk. When people came home late in the next room, they were noisy and for about half an hour I could hear them very clearly - but otherwise very quiet. The bath is very high, so if you were short (I am tall), I imagine it could be a bit of an effort to get in and out of. But none of these things are anytghing to worry about in my view.
From a purely aesthetic perpsective, I had recognised the photograph of the foyer as a location I had admired in a TV spy show I had watched called Patriot, so that was one of the reasons I chose the hotel - becasue I loved that design - it is the photo in the listing with all the red vertical stripes and the gold. So, on a personal level, I was very disappointed to arrive and find the red had been painted cream, making the foyer look quite bland/ less dramatic in comparison. I even asked the staff about it because I was not sure it was the same room.

Excellent breakfast, fresh incidents, good coffee. Room very clean, all what you need available. Good and fast line connection especially appreciated.
Nothing comes to my mind - except that our ski box was too high on the roof of the car and thus we had to find another parking for our car (which we luckily dis in a neighbouring hotel).
