Wonderful
The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast had a great selection and it was only a short walk or taxi from anywhere we wanted to go.
No sockets by the bed and rooms got very warm

The property location is amazing, the cleanliness was good as well. Breakfast was good, very tasty coffee and pankaces.
There were two things that are quite important, in my opinion -
1. It was very hot to sleep under the duvets (possibly syntetic).
2. If you are a light sleeper like I am, it is very loud all the time (night hours also) if you get a room facing the street.

I chose this hotel specifically because it offers a garage, which was an important factor for me. However, upon arrival, I was informed that I could not use the garage due to “security reasons,” and that electric vehicles are not allowed inside. This was very disappointing, as this restriction was not clearly communicated in advance.
Instead, I was directed to a private parking area located about a 15-minute walk from the hotel, which was highly inconvenient, especially with luggage. To make matters worse, there was not even a parking space in front of the hotel where I could briefly stop to unload my luggage.
Overall, this experience did not meet my expectations. I strongly believe the hotel should clearly inform guests about such important limitations in advance, especially when parking is advertised as an available amenity.

Perfect location , very comfortable and clean room, rich breakfast, Bernard Beer spa is inside the building
The reception staff was a bit bored. Not very welcoming at check-in, never asked for feedback, and at check-out, only asked if we drank their expensive bottle of water from the room.

Good location.
I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. My experience was unfortunately a negative one. The room and the facilities were way less than expected. There are two reasons why I'm giving this review 1 star. First, when I checked in the room, I found a broken wine glass on the floor with big and sharp edges so I didn't actually go inside and called room service directly. The person who answered was not friendly and told me that it is after midnight and the staff is sleeping so they can help me in the morning. I tried to explain that the glad was in the middle of the room and I can literally not use the room or unpack my stuff. He didn't listen to me and just said "tomorrow we help you, good night". So I had to go down to the reception to borrow a brush. Second, one day I ordered breakfast in the room. They told me that I will be charged extra for delivering the food to the room and I accepted. Only to my surprise when I checked out to see that I have to pay 620 Czech crowns. In the bill there was room delivery, breakfast and egg Benedict. I explained to them that breakfast was already included in my booking and I never ordered nor received egg Benedict. The receptionist was very close minded and asked me just to pay what it says on the bill. So in short, the staff are not polite, the facilities are less than what's expected and they charge you extra for things you didn't order. I recommend avoiding this hotel. There are many good options around it in the area.
