The hotel is easily reachable on foot from the metro station, which makes it very convenient for getting around the city.
The sound insulation in the room is very poor. During my stay, I was woken up at 4:00 AM by a phone call in the neighboring room — I could hear almost every word of their conversation. The noise was so disturbing that I had to contact reception to intervene.
When I mentioned the issue the next morning, the reception manager told me that rooms on the fourth floor have known problems with noise and suggested I avoid them next time. I did not feel that my complaint was taken seriously, which was quite disappointing.
