Location of the hotel was perfect for seeing all Prague has to offer. Rooms were reasonably big, comfortable and clean.
Nice variety at the breakfast, wasn’t lots of space in The dinning room and can be a bit of a tight squeeze if your eating at peak times.
Staff weren’t very friendly but overall a lovely stay and would stay again.

The location was superb. The breakfast was good..
We had 2 issues:
1) Parking. Hotel's parking limits for car dimensions. We have pretty medium car and it was too big for the hotel's parking. AND IT WAS NOT MENTIONED ON THE DESCRIPTION OF THE HOTEL when we were booking via the booking.com app.
2) Fridge did't work. It was not a big problem for us, but still..

Breakfast was ok, location was good at a walking distance from Charles bridge
Sometimes we had to wait to find a table for breakfast. The staff at the breakfast was not very attentive and also, not all of them knew English (actually it's a hard to understand how is it possible for so few people to speak English in a very touristic city like Prague).
We would have liked more flexibility at the restaurant for lunch, for example to be able to get a burger instead of starter and main course for the half board.

Staff was friendly.
Dated, smelt like wet cigarettes. Gehto area. Not even water bottles?
Was supposed to have breakfast included in the rate and when we got downstairs they said they were full and not taking anymore.
I dont care about the refund and not being able to get one, I instead booked another hotel after my first night and left. The other hotel was amazing and it was actually a cheaper rate.
