Excellent location. Friendly, helpful staff. We had a few small issues in the room which were resolved within 30 minutes. Great service. Lovely cafe bar but quite small.
Rooms large and very comfortable.

Clean, easy to walk to the main sites such as the astronomical tower and to the train station. The room was comfortable and clean.
Crowded during breakfast but second room opened to accommodate guests.

We liked the location, efficiency of staff, cleanliness & service of room & bedding. Being able to open the window was a bonus. The breakfast display was impressive. Check in & out was a breeze, in spite of a huge tour group arriving at the same time as us.
The air conditioner was not working effectively.

Very comfortable place, walking distance from the strain station, nearby shops, very tasty breakfast. They were very nice to prepare a breakfast bag since we had to leave very early in the morning.
