The housekeeping and restaurant staff were excellent—friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, our arrival experience at reception was disappointing. After a long flight, carrying luggage and a sleeping child, I was not shown where the correct elevator to our room was located and received little assistance. When I asked for clarification, the response felt unfriendly and annoyed.
I was also surprised that the only drinking water available in the room was a small bottle costing 100 CZK, while similar bottles can be purchased nearby for around 20 CZK. Complimentary water upon arrival would have been appreciated.
Apart from these issues, the hotel was good and we enjoyed our stay.

Too quick to take plates cups away at breakfast when not quite finished, when just going for another look round breakfast options.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable and there was a good selection of food for breakfast. Access to public transport was OK - about a 3 to 5 minute walk, depending on which tram route we wished to use. There were a number of small shops nearby for basics such as water or other drinks and if you didn't want to dine at the hotel there were a number of nearby pubs and restaurants to choose from.
Just a general comment - We arrived at the main train station and walked to the hotel, which was OK. But there is a lot of road work going on, and the pavements are mostly cobblestones, which can make it difficult with the wheels on cases!
