Visited the beautiful city of Prague for 4 days in Jan ,stayed in this lovely hotel ,stayed in a deluxe dbl room with bath & balcony, room was spacious, clean and bed was super comfy, room service was excellent also ,had a welcome dinner voucher as well ,service and food was fabulous, staff were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable, location excellent as well ,great value for this time of year also
Just one thing the bathtub needs a non slip matt .

The location is excellent, not in the middle of the crow place but very close. The breakfast was great, a lot of choice of food, beverages, bakeries, etc, I loved it.
The only point that I didn't like it's the room was a little bit cold, probably because it is in the fourth floor and it has an inclined roof, I don't know but I live in Montreal-Canada and I know what is a cold room.

Great breakfast, excellent location in a side street, close to the National Museum and metro stations.
At night, you could hear other guests talking from the room above, probably due to lack of carpets on the floor.

Great breakfast, and staff were so attentive. Room was lovely, and quiet. Front of desk staff were very helpful. Loved the location, really handy for lots of the places we wanted to visit.

First room was dark and dreay too much for four night should only really be one night stays as I understand it has to be used but staff made changing rooms very easy
