Great location, everything we wanted to see was relatively close. Everything was clean. Staff, friendly. Nice breakfast.
It was my wife's birthday on one of the days of our stay. When we arrived back at the Hotel a bottle of Red & two glasses that had been put in the room. This was a nice touch.
The double bed was actually two singles pushed together. No big deal. But the bedding was two single duvets rather than one double, which we would've preferred for romantic weekend away.
Not an issue & it didn't negatively affect our stay. Just fyi.

The hotel was amazing. The breakfast was one of the best with something for everyone..nice little touch of prosecco if you want a glass with your orange juice. The room was big and spacious. Can't complain about anything. Great location and felt very safe.

The location of the hotel was very good breakfast was adequate
When we booked this hotel we were led to believe it had a spa i even emailed to check if our booking included the use of the " Spa facilities" and got a reply to say it did. We were disappointed to find it only had a beer spa which you had to pay 125 Euros for one hour

Excellent breakfast, great housekeeping, and the bar made superb drinks.
The bathroom was visually elegant, but not functional. The shower seemed like it was designed by someone who has never taken a shower before. Electrical outlets in the room were also sorely lacking. Our chargers ended up on the floor across the room from the bed. The dinner that the restaurant tried to serve us on the evening of the 25th smelled so bad (rancid) that we ended up immediately sending it back and walking to another location for something edible.

Location
Only hotel that will not have two beds available as requested. I had to sleep on floor for two days until the two beds requested became available. I had to constantly check because they would not automatically alert you if your booking choices was available. Also the will give you key to room without telling you that there are two portions to the hotel. They will watch you go the wrong way to the wrong side of hotel then smile when you return to ask if there is another side or elevator that leads to your room. Which will be the door right in front of them in the lobby… so they definitely know that you are going the wrong way when they send you off. Staff is definitely overworked and it shows that their 12 hour days are too much for them at that location

Although a bit pricey, the breakfast was satisfying. The Hotel though was conveniently located.
My major complaint though is with the ATM located next to the reception area. When I withdrew 2000 CZK using my Bank's Debit Card, the ATM owners charged me USD 117, instead of the USD 95 which corresponded to the day's CZK/USD exchange rate.

The hotel was perfectly located, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was continental, but fine. We enjoyed our stay there.
We had an issue with the key, and because it is self check in, it was aggravating to get it resolved. Someone came to help us, but we had to call and wait for them to arrive.

So to me there are two parts to Prague: the normal part around Wenceslaus Square and the old town touristy part.
This hotel falls in the first part with large room, very clean and a good breakfast. The hotel is a short distance to the old town and sites.
Splurge for fresh orange juice.

A comfortable pleasant hotel situated close to the centre of town. It was well equipped with a kettle and fridge.
The provision of tea and coffee could have been more generous with little pots of milk rather than whitening.
