Is is very convenient for a walking distance to the city center.
Once we did the reservation for two adults and a child, they wanted to charge us extra money for the child (eventhought the reservation said explicity the children dont pay). We did not pay and we had an extra bed anyway. But they try to charge 50€ extra per night.

The location was good, and the staff were quite helpful. Very clean room, overall nice experience!
The TV is old and kinda small. I didn't spend too much time in the room, but the TV being old and small kinda gave me a feeling of a cheap hotel and not a 4* one.

The location I wonderful, very close to all sightseeings
1. The furniture and everything else looked quite used and old
2. The breakfast was exactly the same every day, also a very limited space in the breakfast room, sometimes was hard to find a table to seat
3. Not all staff members are friendly, sometimes they even didn’t say “good morning” at breakfast counter

Breakfast was good. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Location is also very good.
We paid for half board. We had twice buffet, which was very limited. No idea what buffet means. The restaurant had a la carte, which was also limited in choice but much better than buffet. Buffet was very very poor.

Excellent central location in Prague.
The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, within easy walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Everything was very convenient, making it easy to explore Prague without needing a car. A great choice for discovering the city.

Excellent selection at breakfast, breakfast staff generally pleasant, one older dark hair lady waitress very rude to other guest though. Nice bar area with pleasant staff. Nice bathroom . Location was good. Room average , beams made movement difficult on one side of the bed.
Welcome on arrival wasnt good, although helpful later on. Saw other reception male staff disregard request for warming milk for baby as bar was closed ! Totally unhelpful. View from room very disappointing . NO MINI Bar just an empty fridge with a packet on crisp and chargeable water left on the side. We paid over the advertised rate for our staff so were disappointed. Difficult to decant bathroom products and soap dispenser not accessible if using the bath so not very practical. Highlighted concerns to reception staff who were not interested , which was very surprising. No milk only creamer which disnt dissolve in the tea, so tea/ coffee facility not good

Good location.
Admittedly 4 stars in central/eastern Europe aren’t of the same standard as Western Europe but this fell well below 4 star standard. Dated, staff largely abrupt and non interested. This is a 2.5/3 star at best when comparing with hotels say in UK/Ireland. Not even one single complimentary bottle of water over the four nights, we were charged for every one, simply amazing!? Air Conditioning didn’t work and flagged it multiple times, nothing was sorted. The room temp was 25/26 degrees. Nearly unbearable and impossible to sleep. Bedding was also very poor standard.

Very good location, comfortable bed. Pleasant people.
Asked to order taxi to the airport, the price was high a bit, but the receptionist found somehow much cheaper deal.
Even though there was air conditioner in the room, it was managed remotely... by staff, I suppose. It was not possible to request higher temperature. And it was cold sometimes.
Actually no more cons.
