Property was in a great location and rooms were a great size.
Breakfast was plentiful and the staff was very helpful.
Bar and restaurant had great options.
There were no outlets near the bed for medical devices and/or charging phones or other devices.
The air conditioner was SOOOOO loud and i doubt it would be enough when it gets really hot out.
Shower was tub style and it was really high - not great if you have mobility issues.

Location good, breakfast great, dinner good
Our room was over the street and since it wasn’t hot enough for air conditioning we had to keep our windows open since the room was hot. There was a lot of. Ouse from the street even at 3am that made it hard to sleep.

The view from my room was amazing, the breakfast was the usual at every hotel but leveled up x 10, absolutely delicious!!
The younger staff were a little rude. But the manager fixed one of the issues immediately. I didn’t report the other.
But location, bar staff amazing!! The food at the restaurant amazing!!

The staff is excellent. Those working at breakfast worked very hard and are constantly on the go. The bar staff is very welcoming and helpful. Housekeeping does a great job too.
The only thing I wasn’t fond of, were the furnishings of the breakfast room. They are very utilitarian and don’t promote feelings of being at a first class hotel.

For this amount of money, the performance is very poor. There aren’t even basic essentials for basic needs, such as a hygiene kit or even water for additional price.

Hotel room had a king bed and it was extremely comfortable. Lobby and restaurant staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was awesome! Huge variety of food, pastries and drinks. Croissants, beans, potatoes and sausages were delicious. They had salads, cheeses and fruits also. We always looked forward to breakfast. Dinner at hotel was reasonably priced also. Location was about 20min walk to Charles bridge. I would definitely go back!

Excellent location, great beds, good value for the money, hot showers and comfortable set-up. Awesome that the beer spa was available on site. Accommodating for late check-in. Breakfast was really varied, tasty and awesome. Overall a good solid choice.
I had to make an early check-out to catch a flight and wanted to enjoy the breakfast, but the kitchen could not open and staff could not accommodate request for breakfast to go. Next time I need to plan ahead and ensure to let them know in advance. They also might be victims of their own success with the breakfast and space can get tight, and tables are hard to find sometimes.
