Room comfortable. New bathroom and good aircon. Lot of choice at breakfast but quantity rather than quality

Good breakfast with a good variety. Bar staff very efficient and house staff were very friendly. Very good a taxi is organised through the hotel
Only my preference but I would have liked a balcony. When booking I didn’t get that option

The room was lovely. Very spacious. Gorgeous tall windows. Beautiful finishings. The bathroom was lovely. Breakfast was great and there was a lot of variety. A close walk to everything too. I would definitely recommend to friends and family

Lovely big comfy bed, good sized room, stunning view from balcony. But we did treat ourselves to a deluxe room so we'd expect it to be good! Friendly helpful staff.
Location. Slightly shabby street, dull buildings (this is in a city of exceptional architecture) Limited choice of cafes nearby. Longer walk than I expected to the main sites and tram stops.

The location is close to walk to main centre
Noisy going unsupervised, bar staff no recognizing after being told leaving seat for few minutes to gonoutside and when returned people and child had sat at table wheb our drinks still obvious on table. No replacememt of drink so we didnt know if ot was touched or sipped. Very noisy people staying there im not sure if these people where immigrants but tgis went without being approached by staff to keep noise down esoecially the shouting.

Disappointing
Clean and in a good location
One of the main reasons a hotel is considered to be a 4 star hotel is the customer service. The reception staff did not make even an effort to make us feel welcome from the beginning. It was as if we were talking to robots. It was like the customer is only money. Even the amenities (slippers) should be specifically asked for to be given to us. We asked to late check out and the one employee told us that it would be an extra fee for each hour which is understandable but the next day the other employee told us it would have to be the cost of a whole night to stay for some extra hours. The hotel was the main reason Prague felt unwelcoming because it was the first interaction we had with Prague. We had to book another hotel for the extra 5 hours. It’s a big NO from me
