Lovely hotel great location very central for all attractions- just turn left out of hotel doors and less than 5 min walk . warm welcome super comfortable beds , rooms where of a good size , fabulous comfy bed , fresh linen and towels .Plenty of staff on hand for any advise , Quality breakfast spoilt for choice plentiful food always replenished fresh and tasty.

Staff very nice and helpful.
Good breakfast
No sockets next to the beds, not really possible to adjust the temperature in the room.
Bar and restaurant are not so cheap

We stayed in a room close to the elevator and it was noise, especially in the morning when the staff was starting to clean the rooms, and at night due to other guests coming to the elevator.

Is is very convenient for a walking distance to the city center.
Once we did the reservation for two adults and a child, they wanted to charge us extra money for the child (eventhought the reservation said explicity the children dont pay). We did not pay and we had an extra bed anyway. But they try to charge 50€ extra per night.
