Quite comfy. Decent breakfast
Air conditioning was weak. An additional key required separate request to get. Electrical sockets number could be bigger and it could stay enabled after you are leaving a room

Breakfast was very good, everything you could have wished for. Staff very attentive.
Twin bedroom good and spacious. Beds comfortable . Bathroom absolutely adequate.
Not having a balcony, we were on the wrong side of the hotel. Whereas other couple we were travelling with did! Would have liked a walk in shower.

Our room was over the street and since it wasn’t hot enough for air conditioning we had to keep our windows open since the room was hot. There was a lot of. Ouse from the street even at 3am that made it hard to sleep.

The view from my room was amazing, the breakfast was the usual at every hotel but leveled up x 10, absolutely delicious!!
The younger staff were a little rude. But the manager fixed one of the issues immediately. I didn’t report the other.
But location, bar staff amazing!! The food at the restaurant amazing!!

The staff is excellent. Those working at breakfast worked very hard and are constantly on the go. The bar staff is very welcoming and helpful. Housekeeping does a great job too.
The only thing I wasn’t fond of, were the furnishings of the breakfast room. They are very utilitarian and don’t promote feelings of being at a first class hotel.
