Breakfast was ok, location was good at a walking distance from Charles bridge
Sometimes we had to wait to find a table for breakfast. The staff at the breakfast was not very attentive and also, not all of them knew English (actually it's a hard to understand how is it possible for so few people to speak English in a very touristic city like Prague).
We would have liked more flexibility at the restaurant for lunch, for example to be able to get a burger instead of starter and main course for the half board.

Staff was friendly.
Dated, smelt like wet cigarettes. Gehto area. Not even water bottles?
Was supposed to have breakfast included in the rate and when we got downstairs they said they were full and not taking anymore.
I dont care about the refund and not being able to get one, I instead booked another hotel after my first night and left. The other hotel was amazing and it was actually a cheaper rate.

The location is excellent, only 5 minutes walk from Wenceslas Square and 15 minutes walk from Old Town but far enough outside the main tourist areas to offer a quiet relaxed atmosphere. The hotel itself is fantastic with a lovely ambiance, incredibly clean, and helpful reception staff. We stayed in a 7th floor Deluxe room that was tastefully decorated in keeping with the rest of the hotel, was a decent size with a balcony offering views of Prague Castle, a very comfortable best and decent bathroom.
My only complaint was that restaurant staff appeared miserable and made no effort to interact with guests although I believe that may be Czech custom. We also had a bad experience when attempting to eat at the restaurant on our 2nd night. The room itself was quiet with only a family of three present. We waited at the entrance, expecting to be shown a seat and were ignored. We went to reception and was advised to ask at the bar. The young lady we spoke to rolled her eyes - giving the impression we were interrupting her, told us we could sit anywhere, gave us the menu then left. We waited 10 minutes then left ourselves and ate elsewhere.
I've no idea how good or bad the food is at the hotel as we didnt bother after that experience.

Being given a very bad room although booked better as they were full. Staff were not clear and room options did not work properly- tv and aircon, fridge leaked

Good breakfast with a good variety. Bar staff very efficient and house staff were very friendly. Very good a taxi is organised through the hotel
Only my preference but I would have liked a balcony. When booking I didn’t get that option

The room was lovely. Very spacious. Gorgeous tall windows. Beautiful finishings. The bathroom was lovely. Breakfast was great and there was a lot of variety. A close walk to everything too. I would definitely recommend to friends and family

there are almost no sockets nor extenders.. you can not charge your phone on the nightstands.. need an update!!
