Exceptional
Lovely large elegant rooms and when we stayed for 4 days, we had a fab view across Prague and great choice of breakfast, so when our return flight was cancelled late evening at the airport, we unexpectedly needed somewhere to stay it was our first choice. It's a very short walk off Wenceslas Square, near transport and the sights but away from the noise and bustle. Luckily there was a room still available. It's a popular hotel.

Very Good
Everything is exceptionally clean and the staff at the registration desk are great and extremely customer service friendly.
The distance for me to walk to some of the sites from the hotel was a challenge. It is fairly close to shopping stores but if you want to see sites like the Charles Bridge and Castle, it’s a walk. You can rely on public transportation but I would have preferred a closer location.

The breakfast is good.
The power outlets are very far from the bed especially if you have medical devices.

Plenty of good choices for breakfast. Room was spacious and comfortable.
Wait staff were too quick at removing plates and silverware. Location to Old Town was a bit farther away than we thought it would be.

It was beautiful, there was the best cocktail bar in the area right inside, restaurant was delicious. I had a room with a balcony and I felt absolutely spoiled.
There was nothing I did not like about the property.

Wonderful
Breakfast was well spread with choice of bread, pastries, cereals, juices, scrambles eggs, fruits etc with tea and coffee. Room was well decorated with Tea/ coffee machine, air conditioning and bath gel in toilet. Location is in down down very close to may attractions which are at walking distance. One small lobby bar serves alcoholic drinks.
Room did not had any view.
