Overall was a nice place the only thing i really did not like was that the room had water inside and you had to pay to drink it, i mean its just water. Everything else was totally okay.

The most of hotel staff were not friendly every request was rejected like sorry yet not possible etc!’ So I had a birthday and got flowers and my flowers remained just on table because there was no single vase to put it in… sorry it is not correct!!! And many other small things which were not friendly ?

The location is excellent, not in the middle of the crow place but very close. The breakfast was great, a lot of choice of food, beverages, bakeries, etc, I loved it.
The only point that I didn't like it's the room was a little bit cold, probably because it is in the fourth floor and it has an inclined roof, I don't know but I live in Montreal-Canada and I know what is a cold room.

Great breakfast, excellent location in a side street, close to the National Museum and metro stations.
At night, you could hear other guests talking from the room above, probably due to lack of carpets on the floor.

Beautiful new room, good and plentiful breakfast. Hotel practically in the center, everything within reach
Parking upon arrival. When I arrived by car, I had to leave my car on the street because all the parking lots were full.

Really nice hotel. Fast check in, cozy and quiet area for resting. They payed attention to every single detail and i didn’t have any problem.
Daily cleaning service, mini fridge to keep drinks cold and comfy bed. A/C worked perfectly.
20 minutes by walk to the city center which is perfect.

Wonderful
Excellent central location in Prague.
The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, within easy walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Everything was very convenient, making it easy to explore Prague without needing a car. A great choice for discovering the city.

Very good location, comfortable bed. Pleasant people.
Asked to order taxi to the airport, the price was high a bit, but the receptionist found somehow much cheaper deal.
Even though there was air conditioner in the room, it was managed remotely... by staff, I suppose. It was not possible to request higher temperature. And it was cold sometimes.
Actually no more cons.

Breakfast was good but crowded some morning.
Bóoked pickup from airport to hotel. They sent a random driver who charged us 20 CZA more then Uber. Also bóoked a tour of the city by private auto totally disappointed. Outside services provided by the hotel was unsatisfactory.

I really liked the central location, the clean and comfortable room, and the friendly staff. Breakfast was good and everything felt well organized.

The room is small and not like is shown in the pictures when i booked! I asked the reception to upgrade and even pay the difference but they couldn’t make it.
Some of the staff on the reception are unprofessional and will destroy the goodness of this hotel. Hopefully they will respect their job title in the coming future.

Room with great view, quick check-in, location.
Water pressure on 7th floor was so low that the shower switch did not work - I had to take an improvised bath. There was a queue for breakfast as there weren't enough tables. Breakfast selection was not great for hotel of this category.
