Location, location, location! The staff was friendly too. The breakfast that was included in the price was more than enough to get us started for the day. The room was clean and housekeeping was very efficient. The hot water and good water pressure in the shower was much appreciated.
The shower was a little small to move around in. And elevator was tiny.

Booked this hotel for the unbelievable view & location - it was totally worth it. We stayed in Prague for just 2 days but the location is so perfect that we could visit many places even multiple times.
The staff is very helpful and kind, the breakfast was also good value.
The noise from streets didn't bother us as it was distant and muted, however the noise from other guests was a problem. The walls don't have good sound proofing as the hotel building is old. So when other guests were talking very loudly late at night, there was nothing we could do and there was no staff to ask for help either.
The room in small details - like old & burnt kettle, bathroom towels, tiles etc. can feel a bit run down but it didn't bother us really.

The view was amazing! This is the ultimate location. Directly across from the Tyn Church waking up and hearing the bells ring was so lovely!
It was pretty warm in our room but we understand they are working to fix the central ac!

The location was really good. I had a lovely view of the square. It was so nice to wake up in the morning and go for a walk around the square before all the other tourists arrived. As a single woman I felt very safe at all times. I could go out and walk around and come back for a nap before going out again. It was very easy to get to all the special events I wanted to go to. The bedroom was not luxurious or modern but it was large and the bathroom was good. The in- room air conditioner worked well enough for me.
There was not a huge choice at breakfast but it was a typical Eastern European breakfast which I like, good cheese and yoghurt, fruit, home-baked bread, choice of sweets and a small selection of different hot food every day.
I would love to come back sometime with my partner.
I would have liked a hand towel and an extra pillow.
I was a little surprised there wasn't a lounge at the hotel, or anywhere to sit and relax apart from your bedroom, but they had a restaurant which was nice.

The hotel boasts an exceptional location, and the breakfast offerings were truly delightful. Moreover, the receptionist demonstrated exemplary attentiveness, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
The shower enclosure could be enhanced to prevent water from leaking onto the bathroom floor, thereby elevating the customer experience and reducing the need for staff to repeatedly dry the area.

The location of Hotel Lippert is great. It is situated right on the old town square. The staff is as very friendly and welcoming. There is a restaurant in the hotel that serves traditional Czech cuisine.
The elevator in the hotel is turned off from 11:00 pm until 6:00 am which made it difficult for my wife to get to our 3rd floor room.
