The building dates back as far as the second part of the 14th century, having been substantially reconstructed several times over the centuries in Renaissance, Baroque and Classicist style. The location was really good. I had a lovely view of the square. It was so nice to wake up in the morning and go for a walk around the square before all the other tourists arrived. As a single woman I felt very safe at all times. I could go out and walk around and come back for a nap before going out again. It was very easy to get to all the special events I wanted to go to. The bedroom was not luxurious or modern but it was large and the bathroom was good. The in- room air conditioner worked well enough for me. There was not a huge choice at breakfast but it was a typical Eastern European breakfast which I like, good cheese and yoghurt, fruit, home-baked bread, choice of sweets and a small selection of different hot food every day. I would love to come back sometime with my partner.
I would have liked a hand towel and an extra pillow. I was a little surprised there wasn't a lounge at the hotel, or anywhere to sit and relax apart from your bedroom, but they had a restaurant which was nice.

The location was spectacular! Right on the Old Town Square! Went on three tours, two pickups about 2 minutes away and other about 8 minutes away. No need for car or figuring out transportation. My room was huge and comfy. Extremely clean. Gorgeous view of sunset out the window! Room 401 at top (there's an elevator/lift) Appreciated having a little refrigerator to keep things cool (great sandwich place across Square). Shower stall was a bit tight but had great water pressure! Breakfast was great! Don't know what they did to the scrambled eggs, they were so delicious!! Nice variety on the breakfast buffet. Loved the watermelon slices! Breakfast was 8 am -10 am so easy to make it in that time frame.

The view was amazing! This is the ultimate location. Directly across from the Tyn Church waking up and hearing the bells ring was so lovely!
It was pretty warm in our room but we understand they are working to fix the central ac!

This place is quite nice, old building in the center of Old town. The location hardly can be more central - and therefore one can't expect modern hotel vibe there. The location is just perfect and the staff is very helpful. A great place to stay for a longer weekend. Breakfast consists of all the needed components

The location was amazing! In the old square district. Walk to everything. Probably the best feature of this hotel.
No A/C. Probably not pleasant in the summer months. Rooms where always warm. Front desk closed at 7pm. If you don't have a front door code you can't get it. There was lip stick markings on the glass cups provided in the rooms. It's an old hotel.

We couldn't ask for a better location for our stay. Right in the heart of the old town. Everything was in a close radius from the hotel! The room was big and clean, and the staff was really friendly. I highly recommend it.

Great position, amazing atmosphere, good size room and very comfy bed!Perfect for an amazing trip to Prague!
Breakfast could offer more sweet and savoury choice, such as some fruit, cakes and croissants. Blackout curtains would be better to avoid lights from the outside.
