Breakfast was limited continental. Was to finish at 10am was cleared at 9.55 started clearing items at 9.45. The server lady was not very friendly

Perfect location, walking distance to all the attractions. Amazing views, bed comfortable, spacious room and super fast shower!
The only thing missing was milk sachets if you wanted it with coffee or tea in the room. There is a mini fridge to buy your own if desperate but I managed without.

The rooms smelled of mold and were not particularly clean. The breakfast is very basic.

The location was really good. I had a lovely view of the square. It was so nice to wake up in the morning and go for a walk around the square before all the other tourists arrived. As a single woman I felt very safe at all times. I could go out and walk around and come back for a nap before going out again. It was very easy to get to all the special events I wanted to go to. The bedroom was not luxurious or modern but it was large and the bathroom was good. The in- room air conditioner worked well enough for me.
There was not a huge choice at breakfast but it was a typical Eastern European breakfast which I like, good cheese and yoghurt, fruit, home-baked bread, choice of sweets and a small selection of different hot food every day.
I would love to come back sometime with my partner.
I would have liked a hand towel and an extra pillow.
I was a little surprised there wasn't a lounge at the hotel, or anywhere to sit and relax apart from your bedroom, but they had a restaurant which was nice.

The view was amazing! This is the ultimate location. Directly across from the Tyn Church waking up and hearing the bells ring was so lovely!
It was pretty warm in our room but we understand they are working to fix the central ac!

Wonderful
The location couldn't be better as it's in the Town Square. We loved the view of the square and the Christmas market from our room. Excellent breakfast and the room is spacious and comfortable. Able to get up early and see the Astronomical Clock without the crowds.
Room was a little tired and dated.
