It was in the center, it was cheap, the receptionist was very friendly and polite.
We didn’t have hot water and the radiators didn’t work well but we stayed only one night so it wasn’t a big deal.

Did you keep the toilet brush since ancient times? The smell was absolutely terrible. The carpets in the room smelled awful. The heating system wasn’t working. All hygiene conditions were horrible — I definitely do not recommend this place.

The location is excellent very central and close to everything which is a big advantage. The staff was friendly and polite which made the stay more pleasant.
The rooms have a very unpleasant smell. They feel old and vintage in a negative way and the odor was quite strong. Access to the rooms is also inconvenient. You need to use stairs before reaching the elevator, so if you have heavy luggage, it is difficult. You have to carry your bags up more than 20 steps, which is not comfortable at all.

Despite I have paid extra charge for bigger Room and for King Size Bed , the Bed(s) was twins bed which I never ever accept in a King Size Twins beds with cover

We loved the room and the view of the old town from our windows. the location was perfect as it was in walkable distance to the Old Town, Charles bridge and Mala Strana.
Nothing was unlikeable about our stay at the hotel.

Location! It’s close to everything in old town. Very friendly and helpful front desk guy.
Towels were gray(supposed to be white), they seemed old. Heating is turned off during the night.

Location is great ! only a short walk to major attractions like Charles Bridge & Atronomical clock shops and restaurants are just around the corners! love to go back to Prague .
love that there’s an elevator, i have movility disability and our room was located on the 6 th floor.
