First of all , hotel stuff is not helpful at all what ever you ask them ( Do you have .... ) the answer will be "No" Pillow is very small , like for kids , we ask for extra one they don't have there is no Coffee or Tea or Water in Room , if you want hot water you need to go down and take hot water from down i ask them for help to remove snow from my car , they don't have anything i don't know who give them 4 star

Location is perfect for most Vietnamese who fancy authentic Vietnamese food
The hotel has massive car park. Rooms are comfortable. Location is near Sapa market perfectly.

Disappointing
Property was located at a good location for us as we really wanted to explore & try all the Vietnamese cuisine at Sapa Praha.
All receptionist were extremely rude, no customer service at all. Not even peoples skills considering the position they are in. They all seem unbothered of all guests.
