Excellent location in old town. Executive furnish. Responsive staff. Very good breakfast. Good size room. Cleanliness.
Poor shower facility.
At the price of booking, it is a bit silly to ask for payment for coffee pods for the machine. I suppose this is like paying for the content of the mini bar. It's a small Nespresso machine, so coffee lovers can bring their own pods.

Location is superb, in the very heart of Prague 1 near waclaw square. Staff is extremely nice! Breakfast is good, with nice variety of stuff for everyone.
A great base spot for daily trips outside to come back…

The breakfast, the location and the hotel itself are excellent. The staff is friendly and responsive, our request to change the room to one with a balcony was fulfilled, which pleasantly surprised us upon check-in!Thank you!The location of the hotel is perfect, all the sights, restaurants, shops are within easy reach. Amazing location! Most of the things were within walking distance and easily accessible. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was courteous and helped us for any queries we had. The breakfast had a good spread and was really tasty. They even gave us packed lunch when we checked out very early morning.

This hotel was lovely. Perfect location. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a junior balcony suite, so we enjoyed a view over this beautiful city. The beds were comfortable, and the temperature could be controlled in the room. Perfect stay.

The location was ideal for walking to so many of the sights. The bed was really comfortable and breakfast was good with plenty of options.
There were a couple of occasions where we popped back to use the facilities and were challenged by the front desk. I realise people may come in off the streets to do so but maybe a bit more tact when questioning if they are residents
