We found all of the personnel very friendly and helpful!! The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel is very close to some of the major landmarks in Prague. For those sites a distance away, the hotel is very close to the main train station, Trams and the Metro. The area around the hotel has many shops and restaurants. We were there during the Christmas markets and there were a number of markets very close to the hotel. Breakfast was included and was excellent! Both hot and cold items and large amount of choice. We had driver from the hotel take us to the airport. Well worth the price when you have luggage!!
We are from Canada and found the room temperature very hot. We had to open our window to cool the room down. There was a refrigerator in room that had bar items that you could purchase. Personally, we would prefer an empty refrigerator. We haven't seen this type of refrigerator in a very long time.

Uncleaned toilet. Very rude staff. Cleaners did not our toilet which was full of previous guest’s poop. Receptionist told me that the only option he can offer is to change my room in the morning, meaning I have to go to toilet in the reception?! Thankfully, one of the cleaners who was about to leave heard our conflict decided to clean toilet full of poop! Could not check in early even for extra fee, even tho the lady on reception told me that there are free rooms! Information on the booking page is completely outdated, that you can check in for the fee. She promised that will send cleaners immediately to our room, so that we could check in as early as possible. The room was cleaned only at 14:00 pm. Thankfully we did not believe what she is saying and booked a room in another hotel asap to have some proper sleep!
Breakfast was terrible. Food is cold, fried eggs being cold were absolutely disgusting

The staff was wonderful, very attentive, and nice. We were upgraded to a suite and the room itself was beautiful and well-maintained. The location is perfect for tourists, super close to everything. Breakfast was also really good.
