The perfect location perfect staffs very helpful. I made booking was traveling by myself then my girlfriend wants to join me from London so I called them to let them to request two single beds also let them know she will arrived hotel much earlier than me hope they can let her check in first they not only let her check in first also upgraded our room to bigger room. There are many hotel won’t let people who didn’t make the booking chick in have to wait the person who made booking arrived. I will stay here again if I visit Prague again and will also highly recommend this hotel to my friends

nice breakfast to start the day...staff was super helpful and the location was amazing.
The step-down from the shower was steep...but would be hard pressed to find anything else I didn't like.

The location was perfect,,,right in the middle of town, but with great facing room, it was blissfully quiet at night - my perfect combination. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. 100% recommended.
The WiFi was very poor in our room, in fact we turned WiFi off, as it just didn’t work at all most of the time. There’s no excuse for bad WiFi in 2025. It didn’t impact us too much on this trip but WiFi is important to lots of people, so I’m mentioning it here.

A beautiful hotel in a great location
Loved the option each morning of the Champagne Breakfast
And Jacub at Reception deserves a special mention for his courteous welcome and helpfulness throughout our stay
Our Junior Suite had a great balcony with a beautiful city view
Unfortunately our suite was next to the lift well and it was very noisy most of our stay particularly disturbing at night.

Very good location and we’ve met a very lovely staff on our check-in day. We’ve been upgraded to a better suite due to some reservation system problem, which is surprising and pleased. Breakfast buffet is also satisfying, with many varieties to choose. The official start time for breakfast is 7:30 am but 7:00am all things would have been prepared.
Utilities kinda old. We didn’t have hot water due to the utilities problem and therefore made us couldn’t take a good bath at the first day. We almost got cold because of that, gladly it was not winter. The second day morning the elevator was broken.

The hotel was great, the team was perfect, and the hospitality outstanding. Breakfast was fantastic - better than many EU hotel standards. Rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. The central location made everything accessible by foot. Highly recommended!
