Excellent location close to both Wencelas Square and the Old Town. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was excellent.
Room was so noisy. Superior room described as soundproof, certainly wasn't. Room overlooked busy pedestrian street which was noisy with drunks till the early hours and then from 0500 trucks arrived to make deliveries to local businesses, bin wagons arrived to empty bins then a lorry to hydraulically suck out the rubbish from the drains. Also noise from adjoining rooms including tvs, talking coughing and acts of intimacy. I know it was Christmas but I don't want to listen to the grunting next door. Luckily it only lasted a couple of mins. Asked to move rooms but was offered a room downgrade. After paying £300 a night wasn't going to accept. Was told another superior room on a higher floor would be even noiser due to nightclubs on Wencelas Square. Must be better options in this price range.

First of all, the room design was very beautiful. We stayed in a room facing the street. Everything was very clean. The location was close to all the historical sites and everywhere worth visiting.

The perfect location perfect staffs very helpful. I made booking was traveling by myself then my girlfriend wants to join me from London so I called them to let them to request two single beds also let them know she will arrived hotel much earlier than me hope they can let her check in first they not only let her check in first also upgraded our room to bigger room. There are many hotel won’t let people who didn’t make the booking chick in have to wait the person who made booking arrived. I will stay here again if I visit Prague again and will also highly recommend this hotel to my friends

nice breakfast to start the day...staff was super helpful and the location was amazing.
The step-down from the shower was steep...but would be hard pressed to find anything else I didn't like.
