We liked everything. The room was big (junior suite), very clean, modern toilet and shower, big TV, comfy bed, fast WiFi (not that this matters)...
Breakfast was very good, no complaints there and the dining area outside in the middle court was very charming. The staff was very nice and very helpful. I'd also like to add, that whole hotel (reception, hallways, room) were exceptionally clean. I don't think i've ever seen a hotel clean as this one. Even the white walls looked like they were just freshly painted. Overall, very good experience and I really recommend this hotel to everyone. When we visit the Prague again, this will be the first hotel of choice.
I have no complaints whatsoever.

Staff was amazingly helpful! Facility was perfectly located between the two most active shopping and activity centers within this beautiful city. Room was spacious and meticulously maintained. Any minor issues were rectified immediately. We thoroughly enjoyed this phase of our European vacation and this hotel and its amazing staff were a big part of the reason why. Thank you.

Wonderful
Nice and quiet location, close to the city center. Room was cleaned everyday. Breakfast was wonderful. All staff was very kind and polite, after checkout we could leave our bags there till our night flight.
Our room window was facing an elevator. The coffee can be improved.

The staff is terrible, the rooms are super uncomfortable, no AC, the shower flooded the entire room because they didn't have proper maintenance, wifi didn't work.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff were extremely welcoming and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing.

Everything was perfect and I mean this. Location is super close to both river and old town. Cozy room, excellent breakfast, nice cleaning ladies. We had an issue with the room during check in, but the reception specialist Iryna was extremely helpful and friendly, all was resolved quickly. Thank you

As a single female traveler, the hotel felt safe and had a great, very walkable location to the Old Town. The desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly and really enhanced my experience.
The only windows in my room looked out to an interior elevator door. The windows opened to a hallway, which I didn't love for safety reasons.

Beautiful recently renovated hotel. The decor was elegant and not over the top. Staff were very helpful and concerned that we had everything we needed. Also a short walk to Charles Bridge.

Good location on a quiet street with no surrounding noise, yet conveniently situated in the city center. The staff are pleasant and helpful, the rooms are cozy & clean, sufficient breakfast (including Prosecco ?).
