I don't normally hand out five stars for reviews but I have to make the exception with this hotel. From the overall decoration, the highly professional staff and the comfort of the rooms. Everything was spot on. Special mention to Hendrix for his prompt and professional approach to resolving a room issue.

Room are lovely and very clean. The location was perfect.
Breakfast time was really bad unfortunately, running out of food, cups and plates on all mornings and the seating is in all different parts of the hotel

The location of the hotel was perfect
Our room was small, on the roof with no windows, which was a little uncomfortable.

Wonderful location especially the view from the room we upgraded to. Staff was friendly and immediately helped with any concerns we had. Shower was heavenly and loved the sauna! Nice breakfast. Eating at the restaurant Parzival in the hotel is a must.
You sacrifice quiet in exchange for the fantastic view. Being on the main street we had noisy party guys until almost 3 am. Sat night. It didn’t bother us that much because we live in an apartment in Naples Italy but people should be aware.
