he first night I was there - I was helped by a Filipino man that worked the lobby. He was super nice and helped me to order delivery as I was not familiar with the local apps.
They were renovating the hotel so there was a lot of jackhammering going on during the day.

The cleaning of the rooms could have been better. They never changed our dirty glasses. Perhaps I am too picky!

Breakfast was excellent! Beautiful hotel... warm and comfortable. Staff were friendly and attentive.
Our room had loft bedroom...stairs were steep with narrow steps and ceiling was very low. Would have been totally unsuitable for a guest with mobility issues, or one who was tall...head bumping danger! Guests should be consulted in advance as to suitability of such accommodation. Had requested twin beds on booking, but had a double. Surely it's possible to confirm in advance whether such a request can be facilitated?

There had been phishing message from the hotel and my personal data and credit card info was hacked. When I raised concerns to hotel yet there was no responses and no remedial actions taken. I was very disappointed by the hotel and booking.com as well

Incredible location, walking distance to major sites. Quaint cafes near by, nice bars. Very cute and thoughtfully decorated boutique hotel. Room was bigger and more beautiful than pictured. Stunning view of river and castle. Sauna in room a plus. Extremely clean. Great selection at breakfast with option to eat inside or out in the courtyard. Staff so friendly. Bed was extremely comfortable.
Nothing really. Towels could be fluffier but no complaints really. All was fantastic.

We were very pleased with this hotel we stayed in the city center during our trip in October. The location, the friendly and helpful staff (especially Mr. Muhammed), and the breakfast were great. If we come to Prague again, we will definitely choose this place.
