Reception by all staff was excellent each of our 4 days. Especially helpful was team of Darya & Marco who helped orient us to the hotel and the area around. Breakfast was terrific: choices & quality. Room spacious with quality airco and daily cleaning.

Breakfast was wonderful. Nice selection for both European and American style Breakfast. The room was spacious and well decorated although somewhat dated. We had a pleasant stay and would stay there again. The location is perfect for exploring the old town square and tourist area. The hotel staff was excellent.
We had no real complaints. The bathroom could be updated and modernized, but was completely functional. The hot water control was a little touchy and hard to modulate to the perfect temperature.

The hotel is in a great location. Very close to the main square, Waclavske Street for shopping and the Jewish Quarter. The selection of restaurants is large in the vicinity. We took a triple room with two large beds. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The room lacked power points for charging devices. The bathroom lacked racks. The number of channels on television was meagre. The breakfast buffet was excellent. One of the best we found on visits to Europe.

Loved the location and breakfast was excellent. Breakfast staff was very nice and welcoming! The building is charming overall but the rooms need updating.
The room itself needs some updating,I understood it was older which is part of the charm. BUT... Our toilet lid was cracked almost completely through, that was just unsightly. Floors are really separating and the grout is loosening which makes it gritty and dirty. Floor tiles in the bathroom were either cracked or chipped. It's just very tired overall and could use some cosmetic updates. Front staff were not friendly, while the breakfast staff were very nice!

Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. From the very first moment, we felt warmly welcomed by the friendly and professional staff, who were always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, creating a relaxing and cozy atmosphere.
The hotel’s services exceeded our expectations — every detail was carefully thought out to ensure maximum comfort. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to suit every taste.
The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. It was an experience that left us with very positive impressions, and we would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

The location is excellent, right in the center. The staff is very friendly, everything was clean, and the breakfast was also good.
We had a continuous problem regulating the water temperature while showering. The water temperature kept changing on its own from hot to cold which is a major issue.
I’m not sure why there is a rooftop shown in the hotel presentation, as we didn’t have access to the terrace.

Fantastic room, the breakfast was lovely and everything was at walking distance from the hotel
The shower barely worked. There was just enough pressure to wash my hair but it was clear that shower was on its last legs. I hope they fix it before they give the room out again as literally everything else in the hotel and room was perfect

Wonderful
The location was perfect to walk to all major sites. The breakfast selection was excellent and dining room kept clean. The room size was fantastic. We had to leave before breakfast for our plane, so they had a to go bag ready for us at 3am.
One of the two bathrooms had a sewage smell. The staff fixed it once, but it quickly came back after using the bathroom once.
