Great location near old town square. Breakfast was good and staff was very helpful.

Great rooms fantastic location in heart of old town so you can walk to everything. Staff great. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. 25/20 mins walk from station. Also safe to walk around after dark. Perfect place to stay in Prague.

Very good location staff so welcoming on arrival & a nice spacious & very comfortable room with good facilities & a very good breakfast
Only 1 issue with a gentleman on the night duty who was very rude when we needed assistance with the air conditioning & we were told we would have to wait until the morning & to just open the windows

Everything was top class - the location in Old Town, the room, the bed. Everything was very clean and the breakfast was superb. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Loved the location and breakfast was excellent. Breakfast staff was very nice and welcoming! The building is charming overall but the rooms need updating.
The room itself needs some updating,I understood it was older which is part of the charm. BUT... Our toilet lid was cracked almost completely through, that was just unsightly. Floors are really separating and the grout is loosening which makes it gritty and dirty. Floor tiles in the bathroom were either cracked or chipped. It's just very tired overall and could use some cosmetic updates. Front staff were not friendly, while the breakfast staff were very nice!
