It looks dated, both in the room and common areas. Front desk seemed tired or bored, not at all enthusiastic about guests.

The hotel is really close to the main square with the astronomical clock, it was super conveniente. Breakfast was very diverse and items were always being replaced. The room was big but it could definetely use some upgrade (especially the bathroom). The hotel had a parking garage, which is a plus.
Our experience with the hotel staff was tainted by the garage issue. When reserving we were told the garage conditions are from 4pm to 11 am (as these are check in and check out times). We arrrived at 10pm and were told we would need to move our car by 4pm next day (this had us thinking there was some openess in staying after 11am), we tried to move it in the next morning but had to wait for other guests to leave, which was fine for us to try again later (having in the mind we would have some leverage for check out). When we got to check out we were told immediately that we had to take the car out. As we were planning to go for a walk and leave around lunch time, we tried explaining that we were open to move our car a few days before and we would be leaving before 4pm nonetheless (around "lunch time" was stated repeatedly) , the hotel stuff was very blunt: they said we had to leave, or pay 100csk extra per hour to stay (when we still had at least an hour and a half before check out time, and we needed to pay before leaving and commit to a certain time), with a rude and rough attitude, no room for conversation or just understanding, it was a very unpleasant way to end our stay. We ended up taking the car and parking on the street for a lot less.

The location is excellent, right in the center. The staff is very friendly, everything was clean, and the breakfast was also good.
We had a continuous problem regulating the water temperature while showering. The water temperature kept changing on its own from hot to cold which is a major issue.
I’m not sure why there is a rooftop shown in the hotel presentation, as we didn’t have access to the terrace.

The location is very close to the old center. The room was big, nice and clean, the staff was polite and ready to help and the breakfast was good and diverse. I highly recommend this hotel which also has a fair price.

The location was absolutely perfect. The room was clean and spacious. We had everything we needed. Breakfast was terrific: lots to choose from, varied every day and tasty.
We could hear people talking from our room. Other than that- great.
