Very Good
Location was fantastic, just a short walk to all the main attractions, bars and restaurants. Room was spacious and had everything you needed for a short stay. Staff were pleasant and happy to help. Breakfast was ok.
Air conditioning in the room didn't seem to work so had to open the window, no major issue but i can imagine in the summer months this could be a problem. Some of the furniture and bathroom fixtures could be modernized, wardrobe looked like it had seen better days and the shower head wasn't in great shape.

I loved the location and the charm of the building. The breakfast was great! There were three of us and our daughter had her own real bed. The room size was great! Staff was polite and helpful.
I with there was a shower head holder and the water was consistent temperature. It was switching from scorching hot to icy cold in a matter of seconds. And you have to sit in the bathtub to hold the shower and wash yourself. I understand that’s how it was done in the old times, but I was hoping for more hygienic comfort.
It looks from the picture like there is a roof access, and maybe it is, but we weren’t explained how to get there. Maybe it’s closed in winter? Who knows.

This was a great hotel just a few steps from Old Town Square. Large, well appointed room. Excellent breakfast. We could walk just about everywhere. If you're looking for a centrally located place to stay at a reasonable cost, I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Big room, comfortable and cosy, warm. Situated in the city centre, but very quiet street. Breakfast very good and diversified, for all tastes, and nice breakfast staff.

This place beautiful and in an incredible location. They offer good breakfast and welcome drinks, which we really enjoyed. The staff are very kind and hospitable specially the gentleman who helped us with our luggages to our room and even to the taxi at checkout time, there was a walking distance and he just helped my husband with all the luggages without asking or waiting for tips! Really grateful for our stay.

There were not many useable outlets available for business travellers - i.e no outlets or USB ports on the desk or nightstand for phone or computers. There was no place to organize toiletries in bathroom.

LOCATION
BREKFAST FOR 4 STAR HOTEL WITH THE PRICE ABOVE 150 EUR .Average.
We gave 1 star only because of the good location. There are no other advantages — only disadvantages.
We were looking for a good hotel to celebrate New Year’s Eve, and since it was our first time in Prague, we dreamed of staying in the very best place. We booked a room in this hotel 3 months before New Year and paid €617.96 for 4 nights.
During our 4-day stay, the bed linen was never changed. Not only was it not changed, it wasn’t even shaken out — the bed was simply made over. All the hair and crumbs remained exactly where they were.
For them, “cleaning” means just making the bed and placing towels.
In addition, the room had no carpet, only tiles like in a cheap cafeteria, and there was not a single wet cleaning during the entire stay. As a result, all the dirt and debris were constantly transferred onto the bed.

The room was very dirty. Old paintings were covered with a thick layer of dust, and spiders literally came down from the ceiling while we were watching TV.
And the TV… there was a mirror behind it. It is unclear why the mirror was hidden there, but because of the TV placement, it was impossible to use it.
Queen bed and spanches are noise and not comfartable ( looks very old)
At the entrance to the hotel, there was a very strong smell of glue, so intense that it was impossible to breathe. We felt like cockroaches being poisoned. And it was smelling of 4 nights stay there.
There is only one elevator for the entire hotel, shared by both guests and staff, including cleaning carts with mops and buckets.
For a 4-star hotel, this is unacceptable. We travel a lot, and this is the first time we have experienced something like this.
We also checked the prices: one day before departure it was €218, and after we returned home, the price dropped to €87.

Given that the price is far higher than avetage in Prague city center, the room was old, the furniture needed renewal, definitely the whole room needed renovation.

It was in the old town and near lots of interesting sights plus restaurants souvenir shops and beautiful churches They had a wonderful breakfast in the morning
