Location with in old town city center. Employee customer service is excellent. They offer services you need like tours airport transportation upon check in. even umbrella when it’s raining you can barrow from the front desk. Very helpful to customers and friendly. Breakfast is great included to our room rate. In general highly recommend this hotel.

Our room was excellent. Spacious and very comfortable. Perfect location. The highlight was the amazing private terrace with exceptional views of the city. Highly recommend booking a terrace room!

Great location not far from the main square. Staff friendly and room clean and comfortable. We could see the Castle and astronomical clock tower from our room window.
Nothing. (Bear in mind though, if travelling by train, Prague's sett-paved pavements are difficult to negotiate with wheeled luggage! But that's a very small price to pay).

Great location, friendly staff. My sister and her husband stayed there too and had a room with a rooftop terrace-superb. Made our visit fabulous. Great breakfast.
Lighting in the stairwells. Took a while to come on if you were using the stairs not the lift.

I booked a great special however this property exceeded expectations. The breakfast was fantastic, the bedroom was spacious, the shower great, the bed was super comfortable, the location although central was quiet. The property is very clean and the staff really helpful.

There was sink and stove but no microwave. Pots and pans allow some cooking but the mini bar fridge leaves little storage space for food.

This hotel was perfectly located in a quiet street but close to the main tourist thoroughfares. We were given a large room/suite which was much bigger than I anticipated for the price I paid. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was brilliant - large and diverse.

location.
someone tried to break into our room at 0300 hrs. the house phone was out of order; the video surveillance system/cameras on our floor were not working, the night shift desk clerk didnt bother to come upstairs to determine the thunderous noise of a person using full force to break down our door. My wife and son were terrified. Had I a weapon/pistol with me, i'd have opened the door and unloaded a full magazine on the would-be intruder. We had not idea of the seriousness of the threat, but had to assume that someone was trying to break into our room to either rob us, or murder us, or both. we called the police, then had to call down to the desk to ask the the clerk send the police up to our room....otherwise he would not have ! !! A terror-filled, almost sleepless night with poos response from the hotel rep on duty. ((the force and loudness of the intruder's body thrown against our front door in 10-12 attempts to break down the door were more than terrifying! ! The hotel management did apologize in the morning, and refunded our payment for 2 nights stay in full...to their credit.
