Just one point at breakfast I took two bread rolls to my room, well tried too. Was told I was not allowed to take to my room, I asked why my daughter and wife didn’t want to come down for breakfast just asked for two rolls, lady said because if you do it everyone would. Really petty and stupid I thought. I am sure they would not stop me ordering a take away to my room in the evening. Didn’t argue just said ok and left them. Apart from that the hotel was brilliant love it and would highly recommend

Location and breakfast is excellent
Room was dirty , food on our bed on the floor, dead bugs. We had to get room cleaned again. The a/c is controlled by the hotel and cannot be controlled in the room. The reception staff can be more cordial and welcoming. The parking is 41 euros!! There is a city tax to be paid for the stay.

A marvellous hotel, huge variety of food for breakfast, a very welcoming and helpful staff, very spacious rooms and very, very clean. Right in the city centre, close to the main sightseeings. Very good value for money. We will definitely come back again.

It’s worn, badly in need of refurbishment.
The family room was an excellent size but one shower door didn’t close and the other shower head was burst. The carpets are torn and coming away, TV in main room was impossible to use - only if you had a Netflix account - and the tv in the small bedroom had no kids tv in English.
The balcony hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned - bird droppings and cobwebs everywhere.
The safe broke twice, and various lamp wires/connections were questionable.

The breakfast offered was excellent. A wide variety to choose from and quality is good! The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. A nice boutique hotel.

Location is simply great. Quiet place in the real heart of old town, 200 meters to the famous astronomical clock, with parking garage.

It’s amazing location
The photos with the amazing views were very misleading as our terrace has three air conditioning condenser units and two others next to us which meant sitting on that amazing terrace was like being near an industrial unit with constant noise
The price we paid for that treat for the views was not worth it
