Location. Right in Old Town. All points of interests are in walking distance.
The bed was 2 twins slid together and tend to slide apart when we move.

The location was amazing, just steps away from the center of old town in one direction and the main shopping street in the other. Breakfast was fantastic with so many choices. The room was great, and everything was very comfortable!

The location was fantastic! Central, yet quiet. Most sites were within a 20 minute walk. The breakfast spread was fantastic and changed a little each day to offer variety. The room was spacious and comfortable. Best of all, when it came time to check out, I ordered a 4 am taxi and the staff offered to pack a to-go breakfast for free. It was such a pleasant surprise. I would stay here again.
I never thought I'd say this but, while I appreciated the convenience of not needing a password for the WiFI, I had difficulties working from my laptop because certain websites that I use wouldn't load since the network was unsecured. Additionally, the network was extremely slow for emailing large files and I needed to use my phone hotspot which had very limited data. The culture in Prague does not seem to have many work cafes, so I depend on my hotel room when I'm abroad. I also appreciate the effort to conserve electricity, but it was impossible to lock the door without a light since the electricity keycard was attached to the room key. I struggled to find where to put the electricity keycard the first time. For security, as a woman traveling solo, I want to close my door immediately upon entering, but then it was dark and I couldn't see where to put the keycard to turn on any lights. I would suggest having a security light in the entry of the room that can be switched on/off without the use of the card.

The property was beautifully maintained and very clean.
The location was perfect — close to everything yet peaceful and quiet.
The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch.
Everything looked exactly like the pictures, or even better!
There was nothing I didn’t like — everything was great!

Location was lovely. Room was lovely. Breakfast was lovely.
There were not many useable outlets available for business travellers - i.e no outlets or USB ports on the desk or nightstand for phone or computers. There was no place to organize toiletries in bathroom.

The hotel was up to date, the desk staff was very friendly and responsible. the room was spacious. Our airline misplaced one of our checked suitcases but the staff helped make sure we saw it in our room when we came back from sightseeing on the second afternoon. Breakfasts inside the spacious dining hall were great with attentive young wait staff and the night desk person, Vladimir was very accommodating and helped get us another Euro adapter that we needed from our missing suitcase. Paula and the day desk staff were helpful and stayed in touch with us for getting around.
The location inside the Old Town was very convenient and it was easy to find our way around, once we got our bearings straight and we were able to find many small restaurants to dine at as we explored the neighborhoods.

Great location in the center of the old city, walk away from all historic locations.
Room we ordered for out family was really big to fit 4 people with an option to prepare your own meal
Breakfast was with good choices of fresh food
Water drain in the bathroom was really slow
Other than that there was nothing to complain about
