The hotel has its strengths: the location is excellent – right in the city center and close to everything. Breakfast was very good, varied and tasty. The room was clean, and the view from the terrace was absolutely beautiful – definitely a highlight of the stay.
However, there were several things that didn't meet the expectations for a 4-star hotel.
The apartment we stayed in was fairly spacious, but the layout and design were strange. In the middle of the room, there were two exposed metal pipes that you could easily bump into – especially at night in the dark. The upper-floor bedroom had no natural light at all, and the blinds couldn't be lifted unless you opened the window – which wasn’t ideal on a chilly morning.
The furniture was good quality, but had no consistent design – it felt like random pieces thrown together. Also, the TV cables were hanging loosely on the wall, which looked quite messy and unprofessional. Same for the upper bathroom mirror, where exposed wiring gave a unfinished impression.
Speaking of the upstairs bathroom – if you're taller than 1.65m, it's nearly impossible to use the bathtub comfortably. The sloped ceiling is so low that you'd hit your head just trying to stand up.
In the room, there was an old, worn-out welcome folder with some loose papers and empty envelopes, but no useful information about the hotel or minibar pricing.
On the terrace – which was supposed to be one of the best features of the apartment – there were large ventilation units, presumably for the hotel's central system. These made a loud, constant noise and emitted a strong smell of food, which completely ruined the relaxing atmosphere and the otherwise great view.
And finally, we were quite unpleasantly surprised to find that the in-room coffee pods weren’t complimentary. Even 2–3 star hotels usually offer free tea and coffee, so having to pay for it in a 4-star hotel felt off.
I’m sharing all these details not to be overly critical, but to point out that these kinds of issues really don’t belong in a 4-star hotel located in the heart of the city. With some attention to detail, the place could truly reach its potential.

Hotel's location was amazing. The room was big and clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Hotel staff was also friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was the same everyday. It was enough but there could have been more variety I think for a 4-star hotel. I also had problems with the wifi from time to time.
