Hotel's location was amazing. The room was big and clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Hotel staff was also friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was the same everyday. It was enough but there could have been more variety I think for a 4-star hotel. I also had problems with the wifi from time to time.

The location was excellent, so close the Old Town Square. The room was large and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good with gluten free options.

This hotel has a super location. 2 minutes away from the astronomical clock. Breakfast is very good. Also the Italian restaurant next door is very good. Try to make reservations it gets full very quickly. The staff are very nice too.
The hotel needs some repairs and tlc. There is a strong odor when you enter the room. It smells like some kind of petroleum based substance. It is very uncomfortable. Also the bathtub was clogged, every time I was getting a bath the water was getting out very slow causing water to accumulate in your feet’s. Also the hair dryer is in need of a repair or replacement. You have to stop multiple times when drying your hair due ro overheating.

Perfect location to attractions, restaurants and about 7 mins walk from Mustek Metro. Lovely large windows.
Room was big and had the necessary amenities. Lovely view of the church as well a bit of the market opposite.
Breakfast was plentiful, generous and variable of choices. Tables were cleared regularly and properly.
Unfortunately the floor air vent in our bathroom gave such an awful stench that we had to close the door all the time. Did report it to reception but didn’t improve.
Upon arrival we made sure with reception that there would be two single beds only to discover there was a double bed. I had already emailed them twice clearly that we requested two twin beds. Was a bit delayed waiting for the housekeeper to sort it out.
We couldn’t get the air conditioner to work properly but luckily didn’t need it plus we could open the windows.

The location is excellent. 2-3 minute walk from the old town square. Staff very friendly, lovely breakfast and big, comfortable beds!
