This hotel has a great location in the center of town, and has a good breakfast buffet in the morning that served us quite well. Rooms were big and had plenty of room for us to spread out, which is important for a family of four.
If you are trying to get here by car, this may not be your best option--it is very difficult to get to and GPS does not work to get you into their parking facility, which is hidden down the street from them underground. Difficult to access by car.

The location is great. Walking distance to all major attractions in old town area. Employees are all helpful and kind. Marco provided great help on local tips and patient to guide our parking. 10/10

The hotel was very central, located in the old town near the clock tower. The staff were friendly and efficient.
The lift was broken while we were there and so we had to use the stairs. We were on the 5th floor.

Pleasant
Location is excellent, just a block away really from the central market square. Good breakfast as well, and helpful staff at the front desk and elsewhere. Large room and bathroom.
While AC was available, in our room it was placed above our bed which meant having to sleep under cold blowing air. Not great. Other rooms may have different arrangements. Also took a while to cool the room down upon arrival. Hotel is also showing signs of age and has few outlets for charging devices.

Clean and great location
No one smiles and sometimes you feel like a burden. There are staff who are amazing but there are others who make you feel like you are disrupting their day. My room was very small and when I asked to be moved to a bigger room without single beds as I was with my husband, this request was met with indifference.

Location was great, breakfast exceeded expectations
Our shower leaked water all over floor even though showerdl doors were closed. Room doors allowed hallway noise into room. Ice was not made available

The hotel's location was excellent, as the main attactions in the Old Town were just a few minutes from our doorstep. The room was comfortable for our family of 3, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful, in particular on a rainy evening where they graciously lent us an umbrella. They were also quick to offer us a replacement hair dryer when we requested for one.
As thte hotel was not really along the main road, we had to drag our heavy luggage from the hotel to a side road, and also we had to be careful to ensure that our pickup location was clearly marked for the driver.

The location was great and the staff were pleasant and helpful.
The lift broke and was not fixed during the 4 nights we stayed. The A/C in our room never went below 85 degrees F. We were told it was serviced but the temperature in the room increased rather than decreased. It was cooler in the hall outside the room.

We had a very pleasant stay. A special thank you to Marco, who made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Traveling with a small baby can be challenging, and his kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a real difference to our experience.
We were especially grateful that he arranged a complimentary late check-out for us, which made our departure much more comfortable with our little one.
Thank you again for making our stay so enjoyable!

Amazing location around the corner from the old square. Large rooms. Good air circulation and temperature controls for the room. Excellent breakfast. Walk 5 min to the astronomical clock
