Pleasant
The location was great and the staff were pleasant and helpful.
The lift broke and was not fixed during the 4 nights we stayed. The A/C in our room never went below 85 degrees F. We were told it was serviced but the temperature in the room increased rather than decreased. It was cooler in the hall outside the room.

Facilities and location.
The elevator was damaged so we had to carry up our luggage three floors when we arrived and get it downstairs when we leave.

We had a very pleasant stay. A special thank you to Marco, who made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Traveling with a small baby can be challenging, and his kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a real difference to our experience.
We were especially grateful that he arranged a complimentary late check-out for us, which made our departure much more comfortable with our little one.
Thank you again for making our stay so enjoyable!

Even though we stayed for 4 nights, they asked for 30 euros for late check out by 1 hour, which we obviously refused. WiFi also was not that good.

The location is perfect. We have got a room with a balcony overlooking towards Old Square, and the night view to the Clock, Prague Castle, Church Matky Bozy pred Tynem was unforgettable. At the same time, the place was very quiet and peaceful. Very attentive front desk. And the breakfast was above and beyond. The beds were comfortable. Elevators work good all the way to the floor, extra steps not needed. There was a little fridge in the room, and a kettle for tea/coffee, no microwave. Close proximity for restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, groceries. We'll be back for sure.

Reception by all staff was excellent each of our 4 days. Especially helpful was team of Darya & Marco who helped orient us to the hotel and the area around. Breakfast was terrific: choices & quality. Room spacious with quality airco and daily cleaning.

Breakfast was wonderful. Nice selection for both European and American style Breakfast. The room was spacious and well decorated although somewhat dated. We had a pleasant stay and would stay there again. The location is perfect for exploring the old town square and tourist area. The hotel staff was excellent.
We had no real complaints. The bathroom could be updated and modernized, but was completely functional. The hot water control was a little touchy and hard to modulate to the perfect temperature.

The hotel is in a great location. Very close to the main square, Waclavske Street for shopping and the Jewish Quarter. The selection of restaurants is large in the vicinity. We took a triple room with two large beds. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The room lacked power points for charging devices. The bathroom lacked racks. The number of channels on television was meagre. The breakfast buffet was excellent. One of the best we found on visits to Europe.
