I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with several popular tourist attractions within walking distance, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The area was also surrounded by restaurants, shops, and public transportation.
The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They were always happy to answer questions and provide recommendations. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall, I had a very pleasant experience. The buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of varieties to choose from. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Great location and good breakfast
Painful to get to the hotel by car. No ample parking, had to look for overnight parking 10 miutes away. Internet connection very poor. Bathrooms could do with an upgrade.

Great location, the place is a bit old looking but very well managed and maintained, Marco one of the front desk staff was amazingly helpful and very friendly always very polite, all the staff was super friendly

The location was great, just a very short walk from the Old Town Square. The room was nice and spacious, but the hotel in itself was on the older side. It's nice that it came with a free breakfast. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The amenities were a little dated, but I think it added charm to the hotel. The room we had was facing the street so we can hear the street cleaners while they were passing the hotel very early in the morning.

This hotel has a great location in the center of town, and has a good breakfast buffet in the morning that served us quite well. Rooms were big and had plenty of room for us to spread out, which is important for a family of four.
If you are trying to get here by car, this may not be your best option--it is very difficult to get to and GPS does not work to get you into their parking facility, which is hidden down the street from them underground. Difficult to access by car.

The location is great. Walking distance to all major attractions in old town area. Employees are all helpful and kind. Marco provided great help on local tips and patient to guide our parking. 10/10
