Location are perfect for walker . Great view and near train station.
I booked 2 double bed room , free upgrade to big to family suites with balcony. Very nice view and sitting relaxing enjoying the old town view.
The shower and bath water burning hot and cold suddenly.
Unlucky our first night next room having party. shouting banging wall and dragging chair
In the end fighting. Waking us up during the night time.

- large room, super clean and tidy; they changed our towels and cleaned the room on a daily basis
- the room (a triple one) has a small kitchenette, the hotel also provides free of charge tea & coffee
- the breakfast is amazing - various, a lot of options to choose from, large room with enough space for all guests, the warm food and the dessert was different every day
- nice staff, they helped us with everything we needed and even more: they offered 1) a voucher to a local restaurant - super tasty food with decent prices, 2) recommendations regarding boat trips and hop on hop off buses, 3) transport from and to the airport, eso
- very close to all points of interest, only a few minutes walking away
- honestly, I can’t find a sole thing that could have missed during our stay
- on the first day, the smell in the bathroom was not that pleasant, but after the first use of the shower, everything turned out just fine

The location was 100 m from the old town square.
And very close to most of the attractions.
Breakfast was good.
The view from our room (6th floor) was amazing.
The bed was not so comfortable. The mattress was quite old.

The location was 5 min. walk to old Square. Breakfast was pretty good. The staff was nice. I definitely recommend this property .
The only thing we had issue with was cold water in the bathroom, Every time we turn it on it was making very loud noise

Everything was excellent - great location, in the old town, especially if you plan sightseeing; wonderful breakfast, kind and helpful staff. I would choose this hotel again for my next stay in Prague.

Everything was great!
The location was central, which meant that everything was within walking distance, but even if you wanted to take transport, it was a short distance away. Very easy to get from the airport to the hotel.
Good and complete breakfast, with a good timetable.
Comfortable and very clean room, although the soundproofing wasn't the best.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Overall, nothing to complain about.

The breakfast was delicious
The floor in the bathroom had mold all over!!
We asked to clean it and the lady only cleaned a bit and said she will not clean all of the mold
The bed was a defect!! We felt all the springs and they will not change the mattress!!

( we know they have good mattress because I stayed there before)
The shower was half broken and the water changed temperature every second once very cold and then very hot
I will not come back there , they will not clean the room and won't change a defect mattress ( I had to sleep on 5 blankets to not feel the springs )
