Fantastic location down from the castle, on the quieter side of the river. Easy walking to the old town. Quiet room as requested. No disturbances. Excellent choices available for breakfast. Young man on reception an excellent bonus to the team.

It’s so close to the town centre and public transportation. staff were AMAZING. As it was my birthday even included complimentary champagne and decorated with balloons.WOW
Breakfast had a small seating area and some items were lukewarm but can’t really even say anything bad.

location is just great, in a walking distance to the Charles Bridge and the Castel, right to the metro station, and with good access to the main road to the airport the room was very comfortable, with view to the castle, and nice refreshments

Lovely to be warmly greeted at the reception by Daniel, I was really grateful to get an early checkin too. Perfect location, I prefer to stay on the edge of old town, away from the crowds.

It’s a lovely hotel in a great location! The staff is friendly and it’s very clean. The breakfast is great and there’s probably something for everyone. The shower is amazing (great pressure!!) and they have towel warmers.
My room was on the first floor so not a great view as hoped for and kind of noisy being near the entrance. One day I didn’t have hot water but it was fixed the same day. It was also a little stuffy at night.

Location and the helpfulness of the staff, cleanliness…just everything I loved. Even the century old elevator (lift) was fun.
