The room size was good and comfortable.
The hotel is very well located and well connected, close to metro and tram stops.
Many main tourist attractions are within walking distance.
Breakfast was acceptable, though simple.
Breakfast lacked variety and was exactly the same every day.
We experienced a serious safety issue in the room: one of the drawers fell when my wife opened it because the legs were broken and had clearly been left that way.
This was potentially dangerous — if it had been our child, it could have resulted in a serious injury.
The hotel’s solution was inadequate: the next day they simply removed the legs and left the drawer in the room completely unusable.
Overall, the price-to-quality ratio was disappointing. For the price we paid, we expected better maintenance, safety, and customer attention.
