Disappointing
The property is in a good location and quiet at night. They had a nice staff and it was clean.
I only stayed here bc of our Backroads trip, but booked it about a year ago and stayed 3 nights in what I have to imagine was the worst room in the hotel on the 5th floor. No overhead lights, no lamps, 2 random yellowish lights on one wall. I had to get on all fours to use the safe with my flashlight on. The room smelled horrible-musty, but very pungent at the same time.

The room was excellent; we stayed in the executive suite with a castle view. It was stunning. The breakfast was really nice, with lots of choices. The hotel was very clean and quiet.
To be honest, I don't think anything could have been better. The whole hotel experience was great.

Everything was perfect except the beds. For a person who is regular to sleep on orthopedic mattresses - it is too soft. It could be better

Second stay here, will definitely be back!! Central for Old Town, Castle and everything else Prague has to offer.
Rooms are spacious,clean and very comfortable. Staff are excellent.
Huge choice for breakfast too.
Would highly recommend this hotel.
