The location is right in the city centre and directly next to a metro station.
The bed is huge and very comfortable.
The free use of the gym, which my daughter loves.
The interior looks a bit dated in some area.
The lifts takes a bit of time to arrive when you press the button.
The restaurant for breakfast was a bit small and tables are too close to each other.

Honestly an amazing hotel. Over all staff smiling and helpful, rooms are modern and super clean with all necessary amenities and more. Top notch towels and duvet covers.
Breakfast is one of the best I’ve had in terms of quality and diversity. Staff at breakfast is top.

Location is super central and safe.
Catastrophic check in at 1 am and we were not given the rooms we booked. Extremely arrogant, rude and unprofessional front office staff member ( akif)
However we changed rooms the following day
to the ones I actually booked thanks to the swift and professional management of Mr ahmed, front desk manager.

1- location— you are in the heart of Prague nearby all shopping malls and streets. Lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. All famous tourist attractions are within 15 minutes walk max.
2- Staff- All are friendly & professional employees with a big smile on their faces with no expectation.
3- Breakfast - supper and rich with all items you think of with pleasant indoor/outdoor dining area.
4- Rooms- wide enough with smart setup of all lighting & furniture & excellent A/C
5- Bathroom- excellent walking shower facilities

We booked Two Adjacent Deluxe Rooms with a private lockable hall.
The rooms were spacious and very clean.
Breakfast was superb, a large variety of food, everything was tasty and fresh.
A lot of Halal choice.
The Lounge arrangement was perfect with various food and drinks for lunch.
The staff were very kind and helpful with everything we needed.
Great location!
Highly recommend this hotel, will definitely visit again.
Hotel unfortunately was fully booked and can not offer late check out ( we was not asking for free ).
They arranged one hour late check out for one room at the end.
The Lounge however was very comfortable for the waiting time.

The breakfast is well spread it include international options and English Breakfast, with daily 3-4 dishes changes. Hotel is centrally located you do not need any transportation. Steps from Metro station, right at the main door. The car can reach to the front of the hotel unlike other hotels located in area where cars can not access and you have to drag your bags to reach on foot.
The spa is paid access for hotel guests which is surprising.
