It was in a great location. The rooms were nice, the hotel overall was clean. The staff at reception was amazing and made great restaurant recommendations and booked them for us. The lounge area was super cute and the breakfast was awesome.

Location Is perfect, right in the middle of the city, next to Palladium shopping center, short walk from all main sites and with a lot of public transportation options nearby.
Rooms are modern, spacious and comfortable. Pillows menu is a nice touch and all other requests we had were accommodated immediately and with a smile.
High-end service is one of the great strengths of this hotel. All staff members - on reception, restaurant, lounge and spa – are professional, efficient and friendly.
In particular, the Reception team, led by the most wonderful Moussa, was helpful and attentive, and really made us feel so welcomed and at home.
Will definitely return again, and highly recommend it to anyone visiting beautiful Prague.

The location is perfect near everything, and the hotel is very clean. I am booked a room with my toddler. The best thing I did in prague was staying here especially is you have a child cuz you have everything near you

Excellent hotel in all aspects! Very clean Hotel and Room, large room with comfortable bed, excellent soft feather pillows - no bags stuffed with plastic foam. Excellent and really plentiful breakfast. Perfect and punctual Valet parking. The other 10 points of the reviews are not a coincidence or a fake. The hotel is really TOP.

Location, bathroom and grey hair guys who helped us with luggages and offered water and prosecco. He really did care and was super nice!
Never again! I am going to say first that I am from Czech and was local in Prague for over 15 years so I know what to expect and what I was looking for.
I was choosing hotel based on location and mainly for parking options because me and my fiancée had only 24h in Prague and we had very early check out (5am)
So I picked this hotel because it says that they have their garage parking and valet parking. I wanted to make sure we have easy in and easy out way to the airport. After booking I’ve received message with the price for 24h valet services. I was happy and was planning to use that service or the garage they were supposed to have.
When we were checking in I parked the car in front of the hotel and it was already hustle and super tight because they were doing something with the gas in front of the hotel. When I asked (after already unpacked all the luggages and gave out keys to them and thank god I’ve asked!) about the morning valet services and that we will need our rental car at 5 am I was informed that the valet is not working in early morning hours. And that’s because the garage is closed. First they don’t even have their own garage and using the Marriott garage and the second they told us that normally they have a parking spot in front of the hotel but because that has construction they don’t have it available at this time. One person said that they’ve been there working on it already 2 weeks the other that they’ve just showed up like that that morning. Pick your choice. So we had to park at the public parking not far away but I was certainly not planning to drag all our luggages at 4 a clock in the morning across the streets. I quickly packed my main luggage and put it already in the car so not have to deal with that in the morning of course in that stress Ive put my swim suit there and realized before I wanted it use the spa I paid already for prior our stay. If we would have all our belongings as we should this won’t happen but okay.

Everything felt top tier. Location, staff, room, cleanliness, AC. We really enjoyed our stay. We felt that the price was very good for what we got.
Minor issue - as the room wasn't ready for early check in, we left our luggage, but instead of the traditional luggage room, the luggage is laying around near the front desk, which feels unsafe and not suitable for a 5 star hotel.
