I’ve never shared my experience about any hotel before, but this one was so wonderful that I genuinely can't think of a single drawback. From the room to the staff, everything was exceptional. I will definitely stay at this hotel whenever I come to Prague. There's no need to exchange your currency elsewhere, the hotel offers the best rates.
Just need to increase breakfast items.

Disappointing
The location is geographical.
I didn’t expect the experience from breakfast buffet was so disappointing. The chef for the egg section was suck. When ordering, she doesn’t understand in English and use her own language to talk to her colleague. The eye communication between her and her colleague are making us discomfort. However, she cannot make my order correctly and the eggs were burnt and taste bitter. I never have this experience from a 5 star hotel. The waitress also not friendly and the way they speak to us like chasing me.

Excellent staff, beautiful, super clean, modernized hotel on Republic Square. The bar/terrace is fun & lively. Metro, trams & busses within 100 m walk. Excellent location! The breakfast buffet is expansive & delicious. Top off an evening with an Italian dinner at Adele.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel King Court in Prague. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. The room was amazing—spacious, clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the SPA area was just wonderful. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Thank you for this great experience!

The breakfast is great, very rich with a big variety.
The location has no match, right in the center, a few minutes from almost all relevant attractions. We haven't used public transportation at all (except for commuting from/to the airport).
The staff was very helpful and kind.

Location is perfect. The building is so beautiful and really looks and feels like a castle both from outside and from the inside. Adele restaurant was amazing- breakfast and dinner (as an Italian restaurant). Best breakfast I had in a European hotel, no doubt. Staff so welcoming and nice- at reception, spa, dinning roon and so on. The spa area is small but nice. Gym is also small, but has everything you need for a workout. I loved the room, it was cery cosy, and we had a nice view to the street. Each and every corner of the room was spotless and clean, bed very comfertable. Pillows were too soft for our liking, so we asked for different ones from the pillow manue and they were perfect.
I highly recomend the Kings Court hotel.
We were offered a room on the 7th floor, but it's kind of an attik, so we didn't like it.

Wonderful
The hotel is very good, well equipped, everything is clean, in good order, convenient. The staff is polite and courteous. The food is tasty and high quality. Excellent location.
No effort was made to check and try to speed up the check-in at the hotel. at least by half an hour. We were checked in at 15:00, not a second earlier. Although we waited in the lobby opposite the reception for about an hour.
At breakfast the food is not heated enough, sometimes it is cold
