Wonderful helpful and friendly staff in a beautiful hotel. Nice breakfast. Location easy to get to , tram stop right across the street. Highly recommend!

The A/C like most hotels in Europe are temp controlled and the room on the 7yh floor was a bit hot.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Restaurant on site was delicious and one of the best Hôtel breakfast spots I’ve ever had. Bar was fun and cozy. As we mentioned to the manager on our check out, the staff were so friendly and professional.
Katrina in the restaurant made every breakfast amazing !
Just be sure you provide drivers the correct side of square for pick ups and drop offs.

Breakfast was very crowded and no explanation of what we were supposed to do regarding drinks etc we only went to breakfast the first morning

The location was very convenient. Staff was excellent, with everyone so nice and trying to be accommodating. The breakfast was tasty with a huge variety. However, the the coffee service could be better.
The decor is tired and dark in the rooms and hallways. The pillows are way too soft and although they have others you can request, they did not always have them available.
