Location was great! Near public transportation and heart of old town! Staff was amazing. The room was perfect. We opted for included brunch which had a variety of options as well as included champagne! The little details made the price worth it— champagne upon arrival, infused water in the lobby, variety of specialty pillow options! Stay here- you deserve it!!

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The room was amazing and comfortable especially the big bed extremely great and bathroom and shower were excellent. One of the best hotels i've been in Europe and will certainly come again.

The hotel is located in a great spot, in an old building with a modern style. The spa was particularly nice during the cold weather. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is not up to 5 star hotel. The selection is a bit basic, no salads or vegetable.
If you come at 9 am you don’t have table to sit, you will need to wait.
At this point some of the portions no longer refilled, so if you late for the pancakes - they are “all out”.
Waiters are not really up to 5 starts hotel as well, simple request of Mimosa cocktail - is too much.
The breakfast at this hotel falls short of the 5-star standard. The selection is limited, lacking salads and vegetables. If you arrive at 9 am, you’ll have to wait for a table. Unfortunately, some of the food items, like the pancakes, are no longer refilled if you’re late. The waiters are also not up to the 5-star standard. Even a simple request for a Mimosa cocktail is too much for them.

The location is amazing, walking distance for every thing you may want to go . In the center, in front of mall and metro stations the employees (Akbar) was helpful and amazing service
