The room was perfect—clean, spacious, and well organized.
The bathroom was luxurious and very enjoyable.
Breakfast was very varied and delicious.
The staff were kind, courteous, and pleasant.
The location is excellent, right next to the Old City and the metro.
We stayed in a suite and had access to the spa and the lounge.
The pool and saunas in the spa area are pleasant and intimate, and the level of cleanliness is very high.
The cocktails in the lounge are excellent; Sasha was kind and welcoming, and in the evenings there are nice live performances that add to the experience.
In short, excellent value for money—highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. From start to finish, the staff made our experience truly special.
A very special thank you to Tony at the front desk, who was absolutely amazing. We were lucky to have him assist us during our check in andout. He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
Another big shout-out to Sonia in the restaurant. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, which made our dining experience even more enjoyable.
The room was amazing, especially as we stayed in the Executive Suite. The steam room in the bathroom was fantastic and really added a luxury touch to our stay.
We were also really happy that we chose breakfast,spa and lounge access. The food selection and quality were outstanding. With everything becoming a bit costly in Prague now, this was a great added value and actually helped us save money, allowing us to spend more on visiting attractions and experiences around the city
Overall, all the staff were fantastic, welcoming, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. We would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
The only small downside was the extra bed for our 17-year-old daughter, which was not very comfortable. Thankfully, there was a large couch, and we moved the mattress onto it, which made it feel much better. However, for a 5-star hotel, we would expect the additional bed to be more comfortable.

We have stayed in many hotels in our time travelling and this was by far, one of the best out of them all.
We had a beautiful room, very clean and there was a lovely smell throughout the whole hotel which was very pleasant. The beds were very comfortable & we appreciated the pillow menu, such a lovely touch!
The majesty bar was lovely, had great service and very nice drink options!
The spa facilities were wonderful, just what was needed after a busy day out walking in the cold!
The hotel was in a great location.
One member of staff in particular provided us an exceptional service. We would like to say a huge thank you to Tony, you’re a lovely person and you really went above and beyond for us. You are a credit to the hotel.
I honestly could go on and on but I think I’ve just about summed up our experience :)
I really don’t have a bad word to say about our experience at this hotel, everything was perfect!

We have never stayed in a hotel like this anywhere in the world. Everything was perfect – the staff, the breakfast, the location, and the room were all outstanding.
Special thanks to Tereza, who was wonderful, and to the Ahmed, the hoteml manager,, an amazing person who truly makes the difference.
An unforgettable experience – we are already asking ourselves when we are coming back!

The location was great. Close to everything you need. Friendly check-in and spacious rooms. Big bathroom.
Adele restaurant was great choice for dinner with reasonable prices, varied dishes and friendly service.
The breakfast did not have discount for my child who is 9 years old (20 Euro per person); The staff did not greet us when leaving every day and on check out was quite "technical".

Great location, very spacious room and bathroom, very comfortable beds, nice amenities, clean. Very small but nice spa, rich breakfast.
The cleaning ladies made the minimum effort when making up the room every morning. Made the beds and cleaned the bathroom but msde no other effort to make the room feel fresh and welcoming. The left everything as they found it on the floor and threw everything else on chairs (even pajamas that we folded under the pillow we found thrown on chairs), the decorative bed pillows and bed covers stayed on the floor every day, glasses we had used were not thoroughly washed when put back at the mini bar.

The entire hotel is fantastic. Extra nice!
The location could not be better. From top to bottom the staff was courteous, polite, and extremely helpful. Kings Court is a “Must-Stay” when in Prague.

Great location to explore Prague
Breakfast was delicious, with lots of variety but the hot selection needs to be hotter. There are heat lamps but hot breakfast was still cool & could have been hotter to enjoy it at its best.

The restaurant Adele is very good. Location near Palladium.
The wellnes are is very small. It can not fit any chaisselons. Only 2-3’plastic chairs.

I found that the hotel location was perfect. It is right in the old town, and everything is close by when walking. The staff was very kind and welcoming. I found that the room was exactly what I expected, and I was very happy with my stay. The breakfast was great and offered a wide range of food, although the space in the restaurant was a bit cramped. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, and definitely recommend.
