Location was very good, rooms comfortable, staff very friendly.
At breakfast, I’d have preferred warm food made to order. So one chef on omelettes and pancakes. Those hot elements disappointed a bit. Otherwise, I’d not fault. The breakfast spread was varied and room lovely to eat in. I’d recommend the kings court.

Staff was excellent, the facilities, room, and even the bathroom were spacious, renovated and up to date. The beds were very comfortable, the location was perfect. Amazing hotel. Would definitely recommend and stay again. The hotel was the highlight of our stay, more than the sites. My wife mentioned to one of the massage therapists while she was getting a massage that her birthday was coming up in a couple days and they surprised us with a dessert in our room with happy birthday written on a piece of chocolate and a lovely birthday letter! How thoughtful!
We wish there was a hot jacuzzi. They have jets and jacuzzi type design and features in a section of the pool which is nice but it's not hot, it's the same temperature as the pool.

Location is excellent. Close to core and hip on tour.
Room design. No privacy. Shower opens up to room Pool is open but not kept warm enough to enjoy in cooler temperatures.

Location was superb! Rooms were on the smaller but enough. Appreciated the water and coffee in the room. Breakfast was excellent! Grocery store directly across the street as well as large, lovely indoor mall.
Wished it didn’t have stairs to get to room from elevator, but you can call for help with suitcases.

Location was excellent, right on spot in the middle. The room I ordered was spacious enough for my needs The breakfast was outstanding. Parking was by valet, which was convenient but not cheap.
