The hotel is exceptional. The staff are really friendly, and the rooms are incredible. We had an executive room overlooking the square, and it was extremely comfortable and also very quiet. The bathroom was large and the shower was excellent. The executive lounge is a very nice touch, where we visited each day. The lady who worked there each day was very good. She remembered what drink we drank and brought it to us before we had a chance to ask! The spa is small but has everything you need, and feels very private. We didn't have a treatment but there was a good selection available. We hope you stay again!

The morning staff was great. They provided great tips for us! Thw bar and live music was great. The location is fantastic and spa is good value for money.
The staff that received us was partially kind. One of the hosts was rude always. Cleaning was poorly performed in the rooms.

From entrance and help of the bell, to the morning greetings of the restaurant seeter - staff is above expected friendly, true and honest. Help is everywhere and service is top of the class. We went out one night for dinner and as we came home with our 4 year old, need and curtains was done to tug him in. Both kids 4 and 10 can be a bit noisy and yet they were welcomed and supported with pencil and drawings and a friendly tone. Very very recommendable.

It was in a great location. The rooms were nice, the hotel overall was clean. The staff at reception was amazing and made great restaurant recommendations and booked them for us. The lounge area was super cute and the breakfast was awesome.
