This was probably one of the beat hotels ive ever stayed at, from the room, to linens, the staff to even having a pillow menu to choose from, everything was divine, the location is absolutely amazing.
will definitely be back!
only downside i had was there wasn’t any gluten intolerant food at breakfast, i have celiac disease and even though i had eggs chicken bacon ect, it was kinda disappointing watching my friends eat waffles and pancakes and me not have any at a hotel of this stature.

Everything was perfect. The place is luxury yet cozy, very clean with top breakfast, but above all the staff is absolutely brilliant. Warm regards to all of them, and we give our promised 11/10 points!

Friendly staff, Location is amazing in the heart of touristic areas and easy access to all transportation.
Rooms are neat, clean & quiet.
Breakfast was also very nice.

Excellent hotel. In the main square of Prague. Very large and spacious room. We stayed in a junior suite with a jacuzzi, at the same time quiet and warm room. The breakfast was great in variety, the restaurant had very tasty food and very good service, the lounge was always warm, friendly and a very nice choice for various snacks. The Chaos Keeping department did its job very well, and the Spa very nice and friendly in service. Congratulations to the hotel reception and especially to mr Moussa and his team for them interest.

Everything was to our liking. More fruit would be welcome.. massage was excellent. Location perfect. Nice view on republic square. Staff extremely helpful. Interesting buiding, Grand and majestic!
The aircon/heating in the room mysteriously stopped heating and started emitting cold air after some minutes. An employee came to help but the problem remained. We would have liked a bigger space around the reception,to sit down ,relax to have a coffee without having to go to the restaurant. Spa was nice but visitors shouldn t be so noisy there.
