Excellent customer service and beautiful hotel. Loved the in room pillow menu and prompt delivery of different types of pillows. The restaurant on site is absolutely delicious and the kitchen stays open late, which was very helpful for our late arrival.

If you go to Prague, I can’t recommend this hotel enough! Absolutely great attention, super friendly staff, and delicious food! I told the staff that it was my first time visiting Prague and they gave me the best room they could! Talk about amazing service. The hotel is also only a short walking distance from the center and is so conveniently located. Will be returning!
Something so small, but the silk cover they put on the bed for decor was a little dirty. Doesn’t matter though as it’s not used.

The hotel staff are all professional, smiling, and friendly, led by the manager Moussa, a classy and generous gentleman. Also, Mr. Aziz from the restaurant department deserves special mention. I will definitely visit this beautiful and luxurious hotel again.

The location was great. Close to everything you need. Friendly check-in and spacious rooms. Big bathroom.
Adele restaurant was great choice for dinner with reasonable prices, varied dishes and friendly service.
The breakfast did not have discount for my child who is 9 years old (20 Euro per person); The staff did not greet us when leaving every day and on check out was quite "technical".

The entire hotel is fantastic. Extra nice!
The location could not be better. From top to bottom the staff was courteous, polite, and extremely helpful. Kings Court is a “Must-Stay” when in Prague.

The location is perfect, food was great, spa sauna was amazing (wet and dry)
The air conditioner was turning off every few minutes so we were too hot, and we could not open the window because of the street noise. Also the spa pool is tiny hehe

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The property was very clean. The location was fantastic for walking to the area attractions and museums.
