Great location with underground transport outside the entrance, and tram is just a few mins walk. Around 5 mins walk to Christmas market Old Town and 10 mins to Charles bridge. V accessible. Thanks a lot to the staff that are really helpful with wheelchair assistance. Have a great stay in the spacious Executive suite with private balcony! Marvelous view and love the jacuzzi bath and steam bath! Spa is abit small and can be crowded when more than 3-4 guests. Breakfast has a wide range of options and healthy vege/fruit smoothies!

This was probably one of the beat hotels ive ever stayed at, from the room, to linens, the staff to even having a pillow menu to choose from, everything was divine, the location is absolutely amazing.
will definitely be back!
only downside i had was there wasn’t any gluten intolerant food at breakfast, i have celiac disease and even though i had eggs chicken bacon ect, it was kinda disappointing watching my friends eat waffles and pancakes and me not have any at a hotel of this stature.

Every things was excellent very nice staff and hotel facility and locations above all the front office manager Mr Ahmed who was warmly welcomed us and made us feel like we are at home really appreciate his efforts
