The hotel was amazing. We got the VIP package that included breakfast and the lounge. It was well worth it. The breakfast had a million options and was over the top.

Very well located, in close walking distance to most of the main attractions. Staff were quite pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. Breakfast had a wide selection of pastries, fruits, eggs, etc. Very delicious.
Breakfast was extremely busy and although we visited Prague during the low season, the hotel was quite full and so a calm and quiet breakfast was impossible to get.

Excellent customer service and beautiful hotel. Loved the in room pillow menu and prompt delivery of different types of pillows. The restaurant on site is absolutely delicious and the kitchen stays open late, which was very helpful for our late arrival.
