The location is amazing, close to everything - 2 minutes from the Palladium mall, 7 minutes from the old city square, 15 minutes from Karlovy Vary. Stuff was so accommodating and nice. Spa experience was exceptional. Everything was clean, huge room with a bath a scented salts, all products from L'Occitane. Launge access 10-22 with food and drinks, no additional charge. Special thanks for letting us use the lounge on our flight day even after we checked out

Amazing hotel! The rooms are spotless and smell wonderful. The location is perfect — only an 8-minute walk to the Prague Astronomical Clock in the city center. The staff are extremely respectful, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Every team member we interacted with was friendly and polite. A special thank you to Mr. Mousa for his exceptional hospitality, Mr. Aziz in the restaurant for his outstanding service, and Mr. Davidek for being incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was absolutely amazing — we truly regret not trying it from the first day! Thanks to Mr. Mousa’s recommendation, we finally did, and it exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended — this hotel is definitely a must-try!

Tony was a true gentleman! He was amazing.The smile he brought every day made our day. He always had time to chat and help us out! We have been to a few 5 stars and never had this, and we thought he represented the Hotel very well. Also the executive lounge was very, very nice.
We felt like the room was way too hot for us, we didn't sleep too well, and I did make a complaint in the morning, but it didn't seem to make a difference. The pillows were way too soft to the point that you might as well have just removed them - it feels like we should've had at least 1 night refunded for the inconvenience.

I loved the room controls, the switch for shutting the curtains and all the lights off, and the shower had an a button to press and had the exact temperature one of the best showers I’ve ever had, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay
