We booked a family room for 3 persons one month earlier. But the staff gave us an attic room just because we came late in 9PM and charge the same amount of fees. The attic room was a disaster. It was really really really bad because it had no curtains upstairs, and it was totally brightened when sun came out in early 5AM! (Breakfast serves at 7AM). That was really a bad bad bad experience of stay in this hotel on the first day!

Our stay at the Hotel Kings Court was a pure pleasure from start to finish! The location is absolutely perfect, situated right in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance to all the major attractions in the Old Town.
We stayed in the Executive Suite with lounge access, and it was exceptional. The Executive Lounge was an absolute joy - a beautifully air-conditioned and cozy space to unwind, offering excellent food and a wide variety of drinks of every kind. The service inside the lounge was top-notch and made our relaxation time even better. The suite itself was incredibly spacious, luxurious, and beautifully designed. The beds were remarkably comfortable, and the entire room layout was focused on comfort and convenience.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the service. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure guests are happy, and the hospitality is outstanding - from the professional door attendants to the lovely daily touch of bringing chocolates to our room.
The room faces the beautiful square, offering lovely views, yet it remains incredibly quiet thanks to excellent soundproofing. The air conditioning also worked perfectly.
We thoroughly enjoyed the wellness facilities; the spa is warm and inviting, and the heated pool is absolutely fantastic. Lastly, breakfast at the Adele restaurant was rich, fresh, and delicious every single morning. A true luxury experience and a complete joy - we highly recommend it!

Bed and bedsheets were nice including the pillow that’s about it
Very rude staff and unhelpful.
Walked in into a hotel restaurant and I was told that I’m not allowed to dine there.
Misleading advertising on booking for usage of facility and spa. So I will, we were not able to use the spa due to some disclaimer at check-in.
Valley takes way too long to bring your car. Have to wait for 45 minute.
Disrespectful guess super loud until 2 o’clock in the morning and hotel staff wouldn’t do anything about it
