The location was amazing, right in the old town. Close to the bridge and many other touristic hot spots.
The room was clean and the beds comfortable. We had a room for three people.
The walls were quite thin, so we could sometimes hear the people outside late at night.

Great location
Mini fridge wasn't working, reception was quite rude when I asked for assistance ("what do you want me to do, buy you another fridge?"). There were pee stains all around the toilet from the previous guest, so it was obvious they don't clean the place well. As well, the heater wasn't working properly so the room got quite cold at night, and the wifi was extremely spotty.
The location was great but there are better hotels in this price range in Prague 1. I would avoid unless there are no other options.

The location is perfect to explore the old city, the room was clean and the staff were very friendly. Easy to check in and out.
It was ok for our group but if you need an elevator, this shouldn’t be your choice, 2 flights of stairs to get to our room.
