Wonderful
Top feature is location, and that the hotel is an Old Town building, with a view on the top floor. Clean, nice breakfast, staff not overly friendly but helpful.
Really a non issue but we had a lot of luggage and had the top floor so the lack of elevator wasn't great. However, would still rather that hassle then a room that lacks a view

The location is superb. In the old town, close to everything.
I might be very picky, but the room was too warm, especially those days when I was there the weather was kinda cool or even cold, I don't know when the temperature reachs to 30 or more, how the room would be, since there's no air conditioning system only a fan. And the beding was a little bit strange, two sheets, one covered the upper 2/3 and the other one, which is not so white, covered the lower 1/3. And the room is quite noisy: the fridge was loud and the wind would hit the door making you feel that someone was out there and wall was a little bit thin. I am not so satisfied with the price, it's almost 100 Euro per day.

There was no 24 hour lobby which surprised us. The room for check in was disorganized and unappealing.

Pillows were crap paid for breakfast was never told about the restaurant the lady on arrival was very rude . But the lady on departing the hotel was fantastic

We liked the location of the property in relation to the sights
The staff were cold and unfriendly. The briefing about our rooms were not thorough (eg. how often towels were to be changed) and not helpful. Would not recommend the property.
