The location is unbeatable. No more than a few minute walk from some of the most interesting places in the old town.
The staff is really nice and accommodating.
The beds were comfortable.
Even with the radiators on, the bedroom was pretty cold at night. The bathroom shower cabin had spots with black mould.

Spacious room with great view, nice big bathroom with great shower, clean, very close to the main street and city centre but not on it so it was pretty silent during nighttime.
The matress was quite hollow, probably a bit old, didn't like the pillows they were too soft and did not have choice.

It's reasonably priced compared to other hotels. Suitable for short vacations. The mini-bar in the room is a great feature. The only downside is that it lets in a lot of noise from other rooms.
Although the hotel is 3-star, it can be a little difficult to find someone at the reception.

The main highlight of Hotel King George is its excellent location, just a few minutes walk from Charles Bridge, on a charming, fairytale-like old-town street that is right in the heart of the city. The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to all major attractions, the metro, shops, and restaurants.
Check-in was very easy, even though I arrived late at night (around 11 p.m.), as all necessary details were provided in advance.
The bed linen was in perfect condition and very comfortable. I also found it very sweet that the housekeeping staff made the bed beautifully and tidied up the room every morning.
My room overlooked the small street in front of the hotel, directly above the entrance, which added to the charm of the stay.
Overall, I really enjoyed the location and atmosphere. Considering the price, this is not a place where you would expect luxury, but the hotel has great potential with some interior improvements.
The room was clean but clearly outdated, with old furniture and interiors in need of renovation. The bathroom was ok, and while the towels were not particularly appealing, they were clean. The sound insulation inside the hotel is very poor, and there is significant noise from other rooms, especially from doors slamming, which can be quite disturbing.

The hotel was nice and clean, and its central location made transportation very easy. I was able to reach everywhere by walking. It was my first visit to Prague, and I really enjoyed it. In the hotel, all areas other than the room are accessible only with a key card, so I felt very comfortable and secure regarding safety.
