Location was fantastic. Reception staff were helpful and accommodating, we were able to leave our luggage with them after checking out so we could explore more of Prague. Price was reasonable compared to other hotels.
Rooms were a bit basic and one pillow wasn't enough

Great location,very warm in the room as it was pretty cold outside:)
Could be better if there was kettle in the room. The doors are so noisy,everyone banging them even the staff in the morning when they were preparing breakfast.
I imagine it should be very hot in the rooms during summer as there is no air-conditioning just a fan.

Room is very comfortable and clean, the hotel is like 4 minutes away from the Charles bridge. The location was just incredible and the staff always willing to help and very kind

The location and staff were great, a positive is having a fridge and a hairdryer (although idk if it works because I didn't try it)
The shower had mold, the rooms were ice cold despite the heat being turned all the way up, 85% of the floors were creaking LOUDLY, there were very little in accommodations, no TV, no shower gel, no radio nothing, also not very close to any trams/busses/metro

The welcoming was not the best. We had to change 3 times the room in order to feel comfortable. The staff got angry and started yelling at us, while it is the bare minimum to feel comfortable in the hotel we chose to stay in. This wasn't really pleasant. Moreover, the room wasn't really clean. There were dust in all the corners of the room
