Good breakfast, comfy room, good shower, bottles of water in room.
Unfriendly staff, spa not included with booking, no milk or sweeteners for coffee in the room. When I asked for milk and sweeteners on first evening, the receptionist was brusque, told me to ask at the lounge bar, where there was no staff, and then said to wait! When they eventually arrived, they poured some milk into a cup, clicked 4 sweeteners and then considered charging, before quickly relenting. I had a similarly brusque response when asking for fruit yoghurt at breakfast, which they did bring without any smile!

At the day of arrival was pretty dusty in our room , I left the notes to the maid and was cleaned next day !
