The room was elegant and comfortable, and it felt both stylish and relaxing. The furnishings were tasteful, the bed was genuinely comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to unwind after a long day.
The location was fantastic — just a short walking distance from the city centre, yet still surrounded by greenery. It felt peaceful and quiet, almost like a small oasis right next to all the main attractions.
Breakfast was served in a spacious historic hall, which gave the whole experience a special charm. The buffet offered a huge variety of choices, from fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes, so it was easy to find something different each morning.
Overall, it’s a place that combines comfort, atmosphere, and convenience beautifully. I’d happily stay here again.

I was blown away on how amazing the theme of this hotel was. Perfect location and the hotel itself was worth going for! We had a wonderful stay and wanted to give a special thank you to one of the reception staff. Unfortunately, I can't quite remember her name (I think it may have been Atena or something similar), but she was a young woman who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. She really made us feel at home in Prague and was a credit to the hotel. Please pass on our thanks to her!
I wish our stay was longer! Will return back here again!

This is a very interesting property. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The welcome drink was appreciated (I chose their own locally brewed pale ale). The lobby bar/lounge is a lovely spot to relax after a long day. The unique fitout of the hotel is fabulous with the armoury theme maintained throughout - the dining hall is stunning. Very comfortable and well appointed rooms.
The bed was a little firm but the hotel offers a range of pillows which shows how hard they are trying to accommodate any preference.

The front desk staff were helpful and courteous, and the same high level of service was reflected throughout the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of food choices. The location was also very convenient, just a short walk from the Old Town. Considering the price, it was an outstanding value and exceeded my expectations.

Great location and professional staff. Interesting and unique hotel experience.
No AC and a poor stand fan. The bathroom and room was very small and the shower was not very functional. The included breakfast is poor although convenient.

Location is great. If you go right from the reception door, you end up on Kampa, which lets you avoid trying to navigate the narrow and in the summer hot streets of Mala Strana.
The 'front doors', as in the street door with the address on it, needs to be marked more obviously as something that isn't the real entrance.

Amazing breakfast buffet in armour room. Upon arrival we enjoyed a local beer as welcome gift, the staff was very helpful, polite and friendly. Easy location to explore Prague.

What a lovely hotel! The room was clean and well equipped, the bed was sooooo comfy, the staff were wonderful and the breakfast was great! Only a 5 min walk away from Charles Bridge it was well located for all the main Prague attractions. I would definitely return!

The hotel has great decorations and it's a really interesting place. The breakfast was good.
We knew the rooms didn't have air conditioning, but we didn't know before we got there that we weren't supposed to open the windows (there were signs in the room saying not to open the windows because it would let bugs in). So the room was way too hot. I understand that there's not much the hotel can do about it, but we would never go there again in warm weather.

Location very good, you can reach the main attractions on foot.
The room was clean, but the air conditioner was missing, it was very hot, you had to sleep with the window open.
Breakfast could have been of better quality, salad leaves were from packages, small selection of vegetables, pastries were defrosted and very dry.

Location,decor,breakfast. We had an issue with the room safe,it was corrected immediately, thanks.
Bar staff a little disorganised. Aperol spritz served with flat soda water.
Bed was a bit tight for space in room...couldnt walk to sides of bed,both had to climb in from foot end. Annoying at night.
