We had a wonderful stay at Pytloun Old Armoury Hotel. The historic setting gives it a unique charm, while the rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit, and the breakfast was fresh with plenty of choice. The location is ideal—peaceful yet close to the main attractions. A perfect mix of character and comfort. I’d happily stay here again.

We came early and they were able to check us in right away!

First, I would like to emphasize the hospitality of the staff. We arrived at 10 a.m. and were offered complimentary breakfast and drinks, and when we left at 7 a.m., they prepared two breakfast packages for us to take away.
The staff was always friendly, helpful, and ready to answer any questions. We used their affiliated airport transfer service — it is a little more expensive than Uber, but the service is excellent.
The hotel is in a great location, just a 6-minute walk from Charles Bridge and the city center. If you are joining guided tours, the meeting points are about a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
The room was clean and cleaned every day. Breakfast was excellent and offered a wide variety of options.

Little bit of a left right left to find the car park but then it opens up into a huge courtyard with plenty of parking, a big pleasant surprise. Reception was excellent, smooth check in and immediately you get a sense of the medieval theme of this hotel. Very quirky but pretty spectacular and would have enjoyed having a longer look around. The Charles Bridge was a short walk and once over it was in the Old Town and heading towards Wenceslas Square. All within easy walking distance. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and the area felt very safe. Airport was about half an hour away the next morning after a decent breakfast. Plenty of choice and all served in a magnificent dining room. Lovely hotel.

Loved the location, the uniqueness of the property, the breakfast and the staff.
My bathroom had a sulfur smell to it probably coming from the covered home behind the toilet. I also didn’t receive my complimentary when upon arrival and mistakenly thought the bottle of wine on the table with the Welcome card might have been it ? No worries other than that the place was perfect

The location was great. I loved being near Kampa Island and the stairs to the bridge. Also we found we were near the Lennon Wall, Kabourek, and many more photo opportunities. Just loved the location!!

The staff were wonderful and super accommodating, and you genuinely can’t beat the location
You can hear people in the hallways and in the room next to you and the bathrooms do you have a bit of a funny smell?
