We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it.
We arrived around 12:00, very tired, and the staff kindly allowed us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. They also welcomed us with a complimentary drink, which was a lovely touch.
The bed was extremely comfortable. We stayed in a Deluxe Double Room with an extra bed, traveling with our 5-year-old child. The room was very spacious, and we all fit comfortably without any issues.
The location is excellent — there is a park right next to the hotel where our child had a great time, and it’s also very close to the city center and all major attractions.
Upon departure, we were even given a small gift, which was another very thoughtful gesture.
Overall, the hotel is fantastic in every way, especially thanks to its amazing and attentive staff

Exceptionally kind staff, beautiful breakfast hall and satisfactory room. Great outside area, close to everything but far enough to enjoy peace and silence.
The latch on the bathroom door didn't work properly.

Location, location!
Walking distance to old town, Charles Bridge, and the beautiful Prague Castle.
Excellent breakfast, great staff!
We came early and they were able to check us in right away!
I would suggest to do touch ups on bathrooms and furniture.

First, I would like to emphasize the hospitality of the staff. We arrived at 10 a.m. and were offered complimentary breakfast and drinks, and when we left at 7 a.m., they prepared two breakfast packages for us to take away.
The staff was always friendly, helpful, and ready to answer any questions. We used their affiliated airport transfer service — it is a little more expensive than Uber, but the service is excellent.
The hotel is in a great location, just a 6-minute walk from Charles Bridge and the city center. If you are joining guided tours, the meeting points are about a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
The room was clean and cleaned every day. Breakfast was excellent and offered a wide variety of options.

The staff and the atmosphere of the hotel were excellent. The breakfast was amazing - rich and very tasty.
The room was smaller than what I expected, and the bed was not comfortable. The bathroom was very small, and the shower cabin was tiny.

Little bit of a left right left to find the car park but then it opens up into a huge courtyard with plenty of parking, a big pleasant surprise. Reception was excellent, smooth check in and immediately you get a sense of the medieval theme of this hotel. Very quirky but pretty spectacular and would have enjoyed having a longer look around. The Charles Bridge was a short walk and once over it was in the Old Town and heading towards Wenceslas Square. All within easy walking distance. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and the area felt very safe. Airport was about half an hour away the next morning after a decent breakfast. Plenty of choice and all served in a magnificent dining room. Lovely hotel.

Loved the location, the uniqueness of the property, the breakfast and the staff.
My bathroom had a sulfur smell to it probably coming from the covered home behind the toilet. I also didn’t receive my complimentary when upon arrival and mistakenly thought the bottle of wine on the table with the Welcome card might have been it
