The crew very nice and helped in everything in was needed , beautifull hotel, especialy the dining room .
The room was a bit smaller than i expected , and the shower too . Olso in the breakfest the give you very small paltes , so you need to take 2-3 to eat a proper meal .

The place has somehing, it is very quit and staff is helpful, bed was comfortable, bathroom very functional although small
I think there is the need for refreshing the rooms, carpets and common areas - bar not really inviting to have a drink .

Great breakfast, wonderful friendly staff and brilliant location
Tiny bathroom with mouldy shower - manager said that as of 2026 renovations would start and he was very friendly ! Another room was provided where the mould was less. Still - one expects more from a 4 star hotel.

The Hotel was in a fantastic location a pleasent walk from the old town Square. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful especially Andrea who also arranged for a takeaway breakfast ready for our 3am checkout. She was also very knowledgeable about the local area and couldn't do enough to help.

First of all, the communication and friendliness of the staff, before I even arrived was outstanding. Our train heading to Prague was cancelled at the very last minute and the staff put me at ease with organising a transfer from the train station to the hotel.
The hotel is amazing. Located on the opposite side of Old Town, but close to Charles Bridge. We loved the medieval attention to detail in the dining area, it was a great point of interest. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. I approached the manager with a concern about allergens. He promptly brought out the chef who then pointed out what was suitable and safe.
The room was fine, but the beds were super comfortable.
Enjoyed the free snacks in the bar area in the afternoon. It was nice to sit down with a drink and have a little nibble, while contemplating what to do for the rest of the evening.
Our room had a weird smell each time we entered.

The hotel is in a great location for seeing the city attractions. All staff we met were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of food and was available until 11am. We also loved the complementary bites in the afternoon. Bedroom was spacious and comfortable.
The bedroom window is odd and was difficult to open.
