Exceptional
We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. Especially, our five-year-old son was very fascinated by the historic interieur and the medieval armour. The service was impeccable and the breakfast buffet was to everyone's taste. We will definitely recommend the place and will return next time we visit Prague.

It was a nice hotel. It was basic, but for a few days, its a great location. Easily walkable to the main area, but it's nice bc it isn't in a really touristy location. Tons of great places to eat nearby with a big mall close by.

Loved the medieval decor & walking proximity to all areas of interest. The breakfast Buffett was also fantastic.
For a non smoker, the courtyard & right outside the door was full of smokers all the time so could not enjoy it. Sadly, even outside needs a smoking & non smoking section.

Hotel is very nice and clean and amazing location.
Breakfast was very yummy everyday.
Staff super nice and helpful.
Cleaning ladies allways nice and taking care of us with all we needed.
We only had one issue with the door that wasn't opening very easy but the girl at reception helped us and say sorry so many times.

Very good location. Quiet but very close to City centre and Charles Bridge. Good atmosphere in the hotel with very attentive staff. Super breakfast in medieval room. Compliments!
Room was small for price paid (upper level 4th floor) but luckily we were mainly out in the city and around.

Friendly and very helpful staff, great location close to many attractions, and very clean overall. The medieval theme of the common areas and design was perfect.
Breakfast could have been better. The taste wasn't great, and the variety was relatively limited. The room design didn’t really match the medieval theme, but for a standard hotel room it was fine.

The interior is amazing, and the room is nice and big. Loved the complimentary prosseco in the room. The breakfast is great, a big variety of food. Location is perfect, right next to the park that would lead you to the castle. Also thank you to the stuff, such lovely and welcoming people
