I would like to share my opinion about this wonderful hotel.
The hotel is located just 5 steps away from a beautiful park and only a 5–10 minute walk from the Charles Bridge(Carolovs Bridge).
We were welcomed with a complimentary drink upon arrival — and what I really appreciated is that you can choose the drink yourself (wine, beer, tea, coffee, prosecco, etc.). Not every hotel offers this kind of flexibility, and I truly liked it.
The hotel feels like a small castle, with charming medieval-style decorations throughout.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant.
At check-out, we were given a brownie as a farewell gift — a small gesture, but one that really leaves a lasting impression.
Without a doubt, I’ll stay at this hotel again when I return to Prague.
Isn’t it the little things like this that make a place feel truly special?

- Our room was beautiful, clean and spacious, mini bar was well equipped
- Wifi was working very well
- Hotel staff was very kind and helpful
- Breakfast was very good, wide selection
- I loved the medieval decor of the hotel
- Location is amazing, few minutes walk from city center, yet hidden from all the hustle and noise, next to nice green park.
- shower in our room was very small
- room cleaning every three days, available upon request
- I didn't like being spammed with messages on my Whatsapp and phone number, if I book via Booking I want to keep communication there. Also pre-check in message looks like scam at first look, I wouldn't feel safe sharing my data via the link provided (which didn't work anyway)

The best thing is the location, right next to the beautiful and quiet Kampa Island, but a short walk to Charles Bridge and tram stops.
There is an excellent selection of breakfast choices served in the quirky faux medieval armoury hall. The rooms are a good size, with mini bar, but perhaps a little plain compared to the public spaces! Good sized bathroom with modern shower.
Lovely staff. Complementary welcome drink. Beer garden. Perfect.
Property was perfect, but we were woken fairly early by scaffolders on the building next door.

The beds were super comfy, with great pillow selection and amazing location. It was nice and quiet, the staff was friendly. Overall, a great stay!
Were a bit surprised there was no aircon, not so much for cooling, but just some airflow as it is recommended to keep windows closed for insects. Luckily, it was still a bit chilly, so we opened the windows anyway for fresh air. The breakfast and afternoon tapas selection was good, but lacking some flavor.

Loved the breakfast, there was a wide-selection to include vegan options. The pictures do a decent job of presenting the hotel's theme. We appreciated the details, our 5 year-old had so much fun. The staff was quite attentive and available to provide help when needed. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is in a prime location next to the park at the river's edge. The center is within walking distance and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from.
We had a plumbing issue, but the staff did their best to rectify it.
