The atmosphere truly made you feel as if you were staying inside a medieval castle. The armor displays, decorative paintings, and historic details created a deeply immersive experience.

there was a rip in the carpet...their was no lamp on the desk...the lighting is very low everywhere...very very low...their was a large bug in my bed...so i had to change rooms, very inconvenient....while the breakfast choices were many, I have had better quality breakfasts at other less expensive Prague hotels with much less choices AND ...the staff did NOT inform me they serve complimentary afternoon tapas everyday...the staff did NOT inform me their was complimentary water in the room...i recommend staying at a different hotel closer to St. Charles Bridge...the pictures look great...my experience was not....i decided to stay in Prague 1 more night...they quoted me a very high price, especially considering i had been alread inconvenienced having to change my room due to bugs.....I stayed elswhere 5 minutes walk away, for almost half the price, a better room and a better breakfast

Near to the center, really clean, the bed was comfortable, room was warm and cozy, breakfast was rich and tasteful!
The water pressure in the shower was quite low, except that- a great place to stay.

The breakfast was wonderful and busy and unique and set me up for a wonderful day ahead each morning. The rest of the time was quiet at the hotel and every time I needed something I could go to the front desk and whichever staff member was there would help me with no hesitation.
I understand the front door is locked to the street and that made it a little confusing to guests that were visiting. But I think it's for security and have all people who enter go through the front desk and I fully support that. I loved it from beginning to mine traveling home.

- Our room was beautiful, clean and spacious, mini bar was well equipped
- Wifi was working very well
- Hotel staff was very kind and helpful
- Breakfast was very good, wide selection
- I loved the medieval decor of the hotel
- Location is amazing, few minutes walk from city center, yet hidden from all the hustle and noise, next to nice green park.
- shower in our room was very small
- room cleaning every three days, available upon request
- I didn't like being spammed with messages on my Whatsapp and phone number, if I book via Booking I want to keep communication there. Also pre-check in message looks like scam at first look, I wouldn't feel safe sharing my data via the link provided (which didn't work anyway)

Very convenient to the Charles Bridge, the castle, old town, and lesser town. Everything was clean, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast offerings were excellent.

The location - right across the bridge from old town, close to everything but quiet. Pet friendly. Secured open parking right in front which for downtown Prague is huge. Nice staff. We stayed in winter and the room was nicely warm. Comfortable and big bed. Character in the dining area and hallways.
Shower cabin is fairly small especially if you are larger build. Calc and mold was not cleaned in the shower. Breakfast seems like big variety but it’s not. The tv was pretty small.
One bizarre thing - I made and paid the reservation under my Booking profile and checked us in online. I am a woman, when we arrived in the room there was a handwritten welcome note by the owner, nice touch - except it was addressed to my husband only whose name they wouldn’t even know if I didn’t checked us online… so yeah, make whatever you want out of it, it didn’t ruin my mood cause I am self confident and bigger than that, but it is still a pity.
