Let's start with a great staff! The front desk was very helpful with all of our questions. Location is excellent, many non-tourist restaurants nearby and easy walk to tram or old city. Breakfast was sooooooo gooooood. We found the perfect place to stay.
Be ready, it is an old hotel with smallish room and not air conditioned. However, that did not matter to us. The bathroom was fine and the closet ample.

It was unlike any other hotel we have ever stayed in. The Old Armoury feel was a great experience. The staff were exceptional. They helped us and made sure everything was taken of. The location was great too. Easy to get to places.
Nothing. Actually we didn’t have very hot hot weather thankfully but we only had a fan in our room. Which in a heat wave would not be enough. A/C would be a great recommendation

Very nice interior, very clean.
Breakfast was amazing.
There is no air-conditioning in the whole hotel. The room was very hot, there was a fan in the room, but still didn’t help with the heat.

The atmosphere was amazing, staff was very friendly and accommodating, the outdoor bar was located next to the very peaceful canal, and it was walking distance to everything. Will definitely consider coming back!
No air conditioning but the room did have a good fan and with the windows, it wasn't really a problem at all.

I loved how central the hotel was to everything.
Better fans as there is zero ac and while it's not the hotels fault about the historic heatwave the hotel was extremely hot and the provided fans weren't great at all.

It is in center and close to everything important. Also the breakfast hall is nice
HOW IS EVEN POSSIBLE TO BE CALLED A 4 STAR HOTEL AND DO NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING?! In summer you are boiling alive in the room.
Also, the receptionist tried to act friendly when speaking to us in English, but whenever she spoke to her colleagues in Czech, she was making fun of us. It felt very disrespectful and unprofessional.

Весь персонал дают отличный сервис, и расположение хорошее удобно добираться в любое место. Хорошие удобные матрасы.
Отель жутко старый, ужасные старые стены, ковры и все вокруг. Где то что то передвигал общее ощущение очень старое. Много читали про отличный завтрак и не оценили. Все очень базисное, не очень вкусное. Персонал и правда старается и им огромное спасибо но это реально очень старый отель. Куча Комаров с реки когда открываешь окно а не открывать не вариант так как нет кондиционера.

The room was elegant and comfortable, and it felt both stylish and relaxing. The furnishings were tasteful, the bed was genuinely comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to unwind after a long day.
The location was fantastic — just a short walking distance from the city centre, yet still surrounded by greenery. It felt peaceful and quiet, almost like a small oasis right next to all the main attractions.
Breakfast was served in a spacious historic hall, which gave the whole experience a special charm. The buffet offered a huge variety of choices, from fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes, so it was easy to find something different each morning.
Overall, it’s a place that combines comfort, atmosphere, and convenience beautifully. I’d happily stay here again.

The front desk staff were helpful and courteous, and the same high level of service was reflected throughout the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of food choices. The location was also very convenient, just a short walk from the Old Town. Considering the price, it was an outstanding value and exceeded my expectations.

Location is great. If you go right from the reception door, you end up on Kampa, which lets you avoid trying to navigate the narrow and in the summer hot streets of Mala Strana.
The 'front doors', as in the street door with the address on it, needs to be marked more obviously as something that isn't the real entrance.
