Location is amazing - quiet but super central, 5 min walk from charles bridge

We were quiet disappointed, expected a bit more from a 4 stars hotel. It's closer to a standard 3 stars hotel with a good breakfast

Pretty small room, some rooms are dark. No AC.

Hotel is well situated close to the Charles bridge. Rooms are small, but tidy and whats the best are older books that you can find everywhere - in corridor, in room... Staff is very plesant, breakfast adequate to the price (lady that serves the breakfast is extremely pleasant), and you get nice welcome drink.
The mattress is a bit too soft, but it is the matter of the personal prefference, and there are missing outlets near the bed.

The front desk staff were very friendly and the location was perfect.
The rooms do not have AC and it gets very hot in Prague in the summer. I was able to get a standing fan which was helpful but mostly just pushed the hot air around. For the prices charged for the room, a window AC or other type of cooling system was expected.

Great size of room and bathroom, welcome drinks (prosecco) in room, having a balcony, a full minibar with various choices, free tea/coffee with kettle and coffee machine, confortable and big size of bed, small but important touches such as umbrella, shoehorn, iron board and iron, seating area, a great wardrobe with lots of storage options..and ofcourse PERFECT LOCATION…2 minutes walk to Charles Bridge meaning you are at the heart of the city..And we loved being just 1 minute from the Kampa park…Excellent breakfast and a terrace with view of Devil’s channell…Free tapas at the lobby every afternoon…
Small size of the TV and lack of English speaking channels, carpets need to be replaced already, no slippers provided. Bathtub is not allowingyou to fill it with water (this could be resolved by the hotel maybe, but we did want to disturb ourself with a maintenance works).

The rooms, location, staff, and breakfast was exceptional. Bigi at the front desk was great. And the rest of the front desk staff we dealt with were also extremely helpful and friendly. They and the manager assisted us in dealing with Booking.com to get a refund for a night we were not able to stay due to an earlier than expected departure. We really appreciate their help in this. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Prague.

Location; The location of Hotel Kampa Garden Pytloun is lovely—right by the river and close to key sights—
Unfortunately, our stay was very uncomfortable, I would say unbearable. There is no air conditioning, and the room was extremely hot. To cool down, we tried opening the windows, but since there are no insect screens and the hotel is right by the river, this wasn’t a good option. The room quickly filled with bugs, making sleep even harder. A fan was provided, but barely felt it.
Breakfast very average. Pictures are not accurate representation. They overstate the look and feel of the rooms.
Leaving the rooms, no one checked if we needed help with the luggage.
This might be a decent option in cooler months, but definitely would not recommend staying here during the summer or warm days.
