There was so much to like about this hotel. Its situation was perfect, close to the Charles Bridge and all the delights of the Old Town, with the attractive Kampa Park with its splendid views of the river close by. There were plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance and yet the hotel was in a quiet area. We slept so well. And the breakfasts were delicious.
The hotel itself was comfortable and well-appointed. The staff were without exception friendly, helpful and professional. Anna, Bigi and Jaroslav went out of their way to help us with our many enquiries and made our stay so very pleasant. On sunny days the hotel terrace overlooking the river was a lovely place to relax.

The hotel situated at Karoly-bridge, a lot of good restaurants around. Calm and silence environment inspite of the location.

Great location close to Charles bridge. Great staff and easy check in. Fantastic choice for buffet breakfast. Welcome drink on arrival.

The layout of the single room was a bit strange. There was a single socket placed in an awkward spot. The Internet was a bit choppy

Superb quiet, but central location close to Charles Bridge. Staff were helpful and breakfast included a wide choice of hot and cold food and drinks. We were greeted with a complimentary drink on arrival at the hotel and each day around lunchtime tapas were provided in the small lounge area. There was a well stocked fridge in the bedroom, along with snacks (which were on a paying basis).
The bedroom was clean, but had a few stains on the carpet. The bathroom was small and the shower cubicle was tiny and with poor water pressure. It was very difficult to set a constant temperature for a shower. You could be standing under the shower and it would almost stop (maybe another guest was using their shower?) However, it was still possible to shower and stay clean -nice toiletries and everything else about the hotel was perfect for our needs.

Anna on reception was extremely helpful and friendly.
Hairdryer replaced when I informed Anna that the one in the bathroom was broken.

Cozy room, hot and powerful shower, delicious breakfast and perfect location, near Carol Bridge, 15 minutes to Astronomic Clock.
Some renovation with the carpet and the shower cabin is a little bit small.
