Wonderful
Nice location, good breakfast, and hospitality. The hotel is in a very quiet neighborhood, close to the Charles Bridge. Rooms are standard; if your aim is not to take so much time in the room, that's ok. Thanks to Bigi and Jan at the reception. They were very helpful in all aspects.
There was nothing that I could say negatively. If I had to say something, the room comfort could be better.

Poor
The property is very close to the castle and it’s in a quieter area since it’s in the other side of the river. Also the included breakfast is incredible and the best I had in Europe.
Overall, this is a poor place to stay at. The rooms are probably the most bare, low-grade I’ve stayed in, within Europe. The bathrooms are cold, dirty and the shower is terrible and small. Also the hot water takes forever to get warm. The beds are uncomfortable and very small as well. And the room has no fans or AC or anything. As we were there in winter, the room was boiling and we had to open the windows all day to not be sweating. The hotel is a far walk from most central things and also the staff were not the most friendly, but they were generally helpful. This place was way too expensive for how little it offered.

Good
Breakfast was amazing and staff was very friendly. They offered a welcome drink upon arrival. The area is quite nice, central, but a long walk (if in winter) to sites. Cars will not drop you in front of the hotel, they will leave you either after the underpass at the Charles Bridge or at the entrance of the garden, both a very short walk to the hotel. There is public transport, though, not far from the hotel. The area is charming with many restaurants and the John Lennon Wall is just around the corner.
The hotel itself and rooms could use improvement. -Updating rooms and hallways (carpets are stained) is essential. The rooms are not functional (at least the one we stayed in) -There are no drawers AT ALL in the rooms. No place to put undergarments, for example) -There are no shelves in the bathroom to store your toiletries. -The towels are very small. -The beds are small, comforters small and they do not clean your room daily. -Do not have the hotel order Taxi's for you, use Uber, Bolt or an alternate service... Taxi's will try to charge you double. It even happened using their very own taxi service to the airport (although i asked first because it had already happened and they assured me it wouldn't this time as it is the service the hotel uses- this was infuriating. I have been working on hotel interiors and there is great potential here to shine. Staff is friendly but not very useful or well versed on what to do.They don't know the restaurants in the the Kampa garden area, for example. Again...this is not a 4 star hotel, it is a 3 star hotel: smart evaluation and upgrading is necessary.

We enjoyed the breakfast, it had very good selection and options. Location of the hotel was perfect. The recommended places to eat nearby were very good choices. The snacks available were appreciated.

Front desk staff was helpful
Hotel was older and more run down than the on line pictures. They really need to change the carpet. Breakfast was fair.

Nice sized room. Nice breakfast each day. Nice staff.
No restaurant or bar. It would have been better had we been on other side of the river nearer the old town, restaurants, bars, etc.

Wonderful
We stayed two nights and paid for breakfast, we only went one morning and the breakfast spread was delightful. Also very clean hotel, loved the location. I enjoyed the free drink with stay and tapas midday. Very friendly staff and the room was cozy.
We would've liked a room in the 3rd floor, our bedroom had a weird roof angle where it was hard to get into bed. Also we could not figure out if there was any AC in the room which made it uncomfortable to sleep.

Many thanks to Jaroslav who was instrumental in helping us with language barrier in tracking the whereabouts of a lost backpack. The hotel is very convenient and well positioned next to the Charles Bridge. There were beautiful outdoor restaurants located close by which again exceeded our expectations. The morning breakfast was abundant and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this hotel due to the extra hospitality we were shown!!

Great location by the Charles Bridge. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was out of this world.
Where there is carpeting it is worn and stained. Room was a bit small. Needs better bathroom lighting.

The location was superb. Jaroslav took good care of us. We had a lovely room overlooking the quiet canal. Breakfast was in a room and could be enjoyed on the terrace. Likes the complimentary small snacks in the afternoons along with a drink.

The location was very close to Charles bridge. The service was fantastic ... starting from breakfast and the team at the reception desk. Bigi at the desk was extremely helpful and courteous. He helped us with all our queries.
The lift was a little old and it was not easy to control the door.

We loved everything about the hotel. It’s a perfect location, very near the Charles Bridge but, remarkably, away from the crowds, very quiet, and with a perfect location on the banks of the canal (our room overlooked it). The staff, especially Bigi, who checked us in, were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good as well, and the breakfast room rarely crowded. It was a lovely place for a few nights in Prague.
The tapas every afternoon were fairly marginal; it would have been nice to have better ones accompanied by wine. As it was, there was only water offered, and oftentimes the bottles were empty.

Wonderful
the hotel is well located on Mala Strana. few steps from Charles Bridge. Clean rooms, with frequent housekeeping - towels changed daily (even though we thought it wasn't necessary) Good breakfast, had even few extra options such as juice extractor to make your own fresh juice.
The hotel sents way too many WhatsApp msgs, before and even after checking. It was pointed out that if arriving by car we should come to Nosticka street. The little problem was they have another Pytloun hotel in this area. There at the reception I was told there is no way to entry Pytloun Campa Garden by car, so I had to drag my bags throughout the park, which was not at all convienent. Especially because you can drop your bags in front of the hotel without a problem.
