The staff were very friendly, the lady with dark hair at breakfast and a guy called Bigi on reception to name a couple. The room was nice bed comfortable. The location was very good.
There was very little places to put your clothing ie wardrobe etc. The shower had a quite large step to get in and out. Difficult for people with limited mobility.

Location is excellent, quiet yet very close to everything. The room was new, clean, big, tasteful, quiet and had fantastic views (room 302). Breakfast was excellent. Fantastic value for money.

Perfect location close to Charles Bridge, quiet and easy to walk everywhere.
Hotel staff friendly and helpful and rooms very clean and comfortable.

Really well located in a quiet area but very close to main attractions and beautiful Charles bridge. Prague is a really great place for a family. It was loved by our teen boys and younger daughter. Very clean rooms/ bathrooms with nice products. Good breakfast selection , although baked beans everyday would have been popular with my family! Kids loved the waffle machine. Very friendly helpful staff. Bigi on reception was always happy and smiling. Lovely view of the river and a peaceful nights sleep.
The carpets could do with replacing in places and one of the bathrooms( we had two bedrooms) needed updating but everything was working fine and clean. Free tapas in the afternoon is a lovely idea but feel a bit of cheese, some olives, nuts etc would be nice to add. The rooms also got very hot but I’m sure this is very cosy in winter.

Excellent stay! The staff were very kind and helpful, especially Bilguun and Jan — they made my visit very pleasant.
The facilities could use some maintenance, and there was no air conditioning, but overall it was a good experience.

Fantastic location, short walk to the major sights but away from the tourist throng.
Large room, quiet location, friendly staff and we loved the afternoon snacks and complimentary drink on arrival.

Really good location and the staff were all very friendly and helpful - Jan was great! The welcome drink was a nice touch and the bed was extremely comfy. Loved everything about it. There was a great variety of food at breakfast and there was plenty of it. We will stay here again when we come back to Prague.

Nice sized room. Nice breakfast each day. Nice staff.
No restaurant or bar. It would have been better had we been on other side of the river nearer the old town, restaurants, bars, etc.
