Excellent hotel in a perfect location. Full of books and teddy bears in the room! Windows can be opened, which is very important (and too rare in many hotels). Nice staff, fresh and good breakfast buffet.
Nothing really, but the automated WhatsApp messages that keep repeating the same useless information could just as well be avoided.

Front desk staff was helpful
Hotel was older and more run down than the on line pictures. They really need to change the carpet. Breakfast was fair.

The hotel is beautifully situated, and when the weather is nice, you can eat breakfast outside, overlooking a stream.

The location is excellent, very silent, with strong historical atmosphere around. Breakfast was very good, offered lot of variety. I appreciate the helpfulness and engagement of staff as well, good service.
The room was clean enough though its technical state needs improvements. Repaint would be beneficial. Wifi in the room was weak for long work meetings. To be fair I was offered a compensation for this and consider the situation well handled by staff.
