We had a fantastic stay at Pytloun Kampa Garden Hotel Prague. The hotel is perfectly located in the beautiful Kampa area, within walking distance of many of Prague’s most famous attractions, while still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. What truly made our stay special, however, was the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff.
A special thank you goes to Bigi at the reception. He was exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. No request was too much trouble, and he assisted us with everything we needed, including arranging reliable transportation to the airport. His kindness, efficiency, and genuine care for guests made a lasting impression on us.
We highly recommend Pytloun Kampa Garden Hotel Prague to anyone visiting Prague and would gladly stay here again in the future.

Wonderful
Great location. Away from the crowds, but easy to walk to sites. Amazing breakfast with lots of hot and cold choices.
Carpets could use some upgrading. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The location was perfect, accessible to all major attractions. Rooms are quite good and the staffs are outstanding.
Breakfast do have a good variety of choices.

Location is great.
Not even close to a 4 star rating on the property. Carpets are dirty, rooms are dated and reception is not 24 hrs. I booked a last minute stay and the reception staff checked me in a rush. Upon checking in I realized how dirty the carpets were and also how noisy it was on the floor. I decided to leave the property and go elsewhere but since there was nobody at the property to resolve, I left the keys and sent them a message. They decided to not refund me through Booking.com and Booking.com gave me a courtesy minor refund.
I saw a lot of reviews that parking was right outside and that’s the main reason I had booked the hotel only to be told I cannot park there and basically was told to drive 10 mins out to park in another garage that would cost me 20 euros.

The hotel’s location was excellent, very central, yet the rooms were surprisingly quiet, so there was no noise from outside at all. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always available. They answered all of our questions within seconds and provided the most satisfying solutions every time.
The parking area was also very convenient, only about a 5-minute walk away. I would especially like to mention Jaroslav and Bilguun (Bigi), who truly made our stay even better with their kindness and helpfulness. I’d also like to thank the woman in the breakfast room, although unfortunately I didn’t catch her name.
As a lovely final touch, they even gave us a small piece of cake when we were leaving, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends!

The location is impeccable for a tourist visit. Breakfast selection was comprehensive and the service excellent.
Having access to parking, albeit at a sister hotel about 400 metres away, was great, as secure parking within Prague is scarce.
Our room was roomy enough to have our luggage easily accessed without impeding movement.
The WiFi was virtually non-existent. Our room was at the end of the corridor, which may have had something to do with it.
The hotel reception was the smallest I've ever seen, and blocks access to the corridor with anyone checking in/out.
The hot water to the shower ran hot and cold intermittently, making a shower pot-luck as to whether you'd be cold by the end of it or not. Again, our room was at the end of the corridor, which may have had something to do with it.
The majority of rooms have no view.
Overall, the hotel didn't live up to what we had been expecting.
