Exceptional
Close to Hradczany and Charles Bridge, very convenient for visiting these monuments. The breakfast was tasteful. We enjoyed our short stay in Prague very much.
No real complaints. Ok, there was one serious problem: Bigi (hotel receptionist) had no semi-sweet wine for welcome drink. ;) (just kidding)

The surroundings offer a truly beautiful and inspiring setting. It's a place that genuinely fosters a sense of peace and tranquility. The natural elements here are particularly captivating. Many find the ambiance quite refreshing and uplifting. Overall, it's a wonderful and highly commendable environment.
We found it quite challenging to manage during the hot summer days. The absence of air conditioning made our stay rather uncomfortable. We sincerely hope this amenity can be considered for future improvements. It would greatly enhance the guest experience during warmer seasons. Thank you for your understanding.

Unfortunately, there was nothing about this property that met our expectations. The room was uncomfortably hot due to the lack of air conditioning during a heat wave; cleanliness was unacceptable; the beds were uncomfortable; and the bathroom was extremely small and poorly maintained. Although the hotel ultimately refunded our stay, I cannot honestly say there was anything I liked about the overall experience.
Although the hotel manager ultimately refunded our stay, I feel it's important to share my experience so other travelers can make an informed decision. The biggest issue was the complete lack of air conditioning during a heat wave of around 32°C (90°F). The room was unbearably hot, and the refrigerator generated additional heat, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Cleanliness was also unacceptable. After changing rooms, we found a dirty toilet that had clearly not been cleaned before our arrival. The bathroom was tiny, poorly lit, and poorly maintained. The beds were narrow and uncomfortable, the carpet was stained, and the hallways had an unpleasant odor. I booked this hotel based on its high Booking.com rating, but in my opinion, the property did not reflect the quality or standards represented in the listing. I appreciate the refund, but I believe future guests deserve an accurate picture of what to expect, especially during the summer months.

Quiet rooms, good location for walking. Friendly staff.
When booking states there is parking but fails to mention that it's almost 5-10 minute walk from the hotel which is not convenient for luggage. Also claims when booking that it had a restaurant when infact all they offer is 'free tapas' throughout the day with no restaurant in sight.
