Difficult parking situation. Our front door couldn't properly close and the cleaning maid left it literally open (pure luck we didn't get robbed).

Wonderful
Comfortable beds are very important to us (a big plus), it was tidy. The maids and reception were friendly.
The shop in the lobby is great. The breakfast is varied.

The dining room was a total surprise, an abundance of choices. Food was great, area was clean and staff were very curtious
I actually had no complaints with anything related to your business. Everything was perfect. If I were to find a fault, it would have to be the distance from your hotel to your historic sites like the Charles Bridge. Uber costs really piled up for us.

The room was nice and spacious with alot of storage space. Amazing breakfast and I really liked the small grocery store attached to the hotel, it was very convenient. Staff were friendly and nice, the location was great 10-15 minutes uber ride from most places we wanted to visit.
I guess this is just me being picky, but the sink to wash your hands was in a separate room from the toilet. The shower itself also had a weird odor that was persistent through our stay.
