The staff was friendly, helpful and multilingual, often going out of their way for guests. Generous buffet breakfast with a good selection and tasty. There is a handy supermarket in the building (open late) with a discount card for guests.
They do offer a welcome drink at the restaurant and a Prague Pass card with discounts.
It is quite far from the center but with good transport links — bus stop is right outside, metro about 10 minutes’ walk, easy reach to the centre.
It is not a 4 star hotel that should be very clear - the interior furniture and furnishings and toilet areas are functional but outdated. Due to the size of the hotel the breakfast area gets at certain times extremely crowded, independently of how fast the personnel is in cleaning up and replenishing the food supply. As well the hotel has some parking spots but you need to reserve them well in advance and they send you to park at a parking quite far - there is a possibility to park on some nearby streets but they do cost you the standard hourly rate for Prague 10. Also no air conditioning so if you’re there on hit summer nights be prepared (they offer a fan though)…

Large clean room. Excellent matress. Small grocery store inside the ground floor was excellent surprise!
Breakfast que was horrible, or rather the lack of it. 100 people trying to grap whatever they can at the same time. Needs some organizing or different timetable for different floors.

The hotel is old and in a bad condition. Most of the tables for breakfast were dirty and weren’t cleaned. The parking is small and they told us to park in a shopping center 10 minutes walk from the hotel. We asked whether we could park somewhere closer and they said that they didn’t have availability spots, and in the evening they had plenty of them available (they said parking was available only next day). There is no air conditioning and there is only an old fan that doesn’t do a great job because it’s hot outside. Some staff weren’t friendly. For the money we paid we expected more. Don’t recommend this hotel, it’s better to pay a little more and live in better conditions.
