This was an absolutely unacceptable and shocking experience, COMPLETELY OUTSIDE ANY HYGIENE STANDARDS.
I booked a stay for 2 nights. After the first day, in the morning, I placed all the towels I had used folded on the bathroom floor. Before leaving, I put the "Make Up the Room" sign on the door, expecting housekeeping to replace the towels.
Instead, when I returned, the SAME DIRTY TOWELS had been PICKED UP FROM THE FLOOR and placed back as if they were clean. This is completely unhygienic and unacceptable.
I went to the reception to report the issue, but they showed zero responsibility. They said it was not their problem and did not even offer a basic apology.
This is clearly a matter of hotel policy and cleanliness standards, the very least they could have done was acknowledge the issue and apologise.
The only thing I was told was that they could give me clean towels, nothing more. No explanation, no accountability.
After this experience, I seriously question whether even the bed sheets had been changed or if we were sleeping on used ones from other guests.
Be careful if you stay here, this raises serious concerns about hygiene and overall standards.
The second thing: the parking was listed as free in every option we saw during the room booking, but when we arrived at the hotel, they told us that a reservation was required. We ended up having to park the car about a 10-minute walk away, pay for the parking there, and then get reimbursed at the hotel. It was a very confusing process and felt like a marketing scam to claim that parking is free.

Good value for money. Breakfast was really good but a bit chaotic.
A family room was a single room with two extra beds. Very small. Parking needs to be booked in advance or you have to go half a mile away.
Loads of kids stayed there the same weekend and they ran around most of the night. Not great as the walls are paper thin.

This hotel is convenient for families, it has all that you need, even a supermarket and they are welcoming.

We really enjoyed our stay.
A huge thank you to the staff for letting us check in early — our room was ready when we arrived, which was a lifesaver since we were in a rush for a competition.
The breakfasts were delicious with a good variety, and everything was constantly replenished. It’s very convenient that the staff is multilingual. Another big plus is the hotel shop; it stays open until 11 PM, which was perfect for us as we often returned after 10 PM and didn't have time to shop during the day.
The room was cleaned daily. We also appreciated the free parking and the convenient location near the highway
The bathroom and shower are a bit dated and could use some renovation. It would also be nice to have an air freshener in the toilet. We noticed the shower drain was a bit slow. The beds aren't brand new, but the mattresses were comfortable, and the curtains and linens were fresh and clean.
