Great location – close to the metro station, just a short walk that's perfect as a warm-up before sightseeing. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. There's a grocery store nearby. LOVE PRAGA ITS AMAZING !!!
The pillows were quite uncomfortable. Fortunately, the weather was mild during our stay, because there was no air conditioning – a significant downside on the 15th floor, especially with such large windows. There were fans provided, but I imagine that wouldn’t be enough during a heatwave.
The staff was friendly, but I need to mention the tourist tax issue. I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights with my wife and our two children under the age of 15. Upon arrival, I was charged 973.96 CZK in tourist tax. Luckily, I asked for a receipt and looked up the regulations online – the maximum charge should be 50 CZK per adult per night, which means we should have paid 300 CZK in total. I still don’t know where the higher amount came from. I did receive a refund, but the whole situation left a bad impression.
At checkout, I received a voucher for a future stay – a nice gesture. However, I was again charged 55 CZK per adult per night. I'm still unsure why, since all official sources state the rate is 50 CZK.
My advice to other travelers: always double-check what you're being charged for – not just at hotels.

Every thing was good about this hotel specially staff. Breakfast was good and services were great. We did not have any probelm at all. Paying attention to everyone and sorting their porblems if there are any straight away.
The bathroom was very small and particularly toilet where there is no access to water to wash. Difficult for muslim families as they take water to clean after them. We had to fill bottle in advance before using toilet everytime.

good location, distance to metro 10-12 min. great breakfast.
Upon arrival there were problems with the cleanliness of the room, although we had to wait, the receptionist resolved the situation very professionally.

The breakfast hall was challenging every morning. They inform you of the busier times at breakfast but even when you go outside of these times, it’s difficult to relax and enjoy it as you struggle to find a table and everyone is everywhere getting everything all the time! There was always a long long wait for lifts in the morning which is u fortunate when you can’t take the stairs with a push chair. Very hot throughout the building.

Everything was very, very nice. It is very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The most important thing for us was that we had a parking spot and a supermarket at the hotel, and very important, it opened from 6am-12am( when you have little kid, at some point you ll need something) The hotel is in a quiet area.

It was a really good hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Welcome drink was very thoughtful and the breakfast was truly good with a massive spread.

The breakfast was good, though it was overcrowded.
My bicycle had been stolen from the parking of the hotel. Nobody warned us, nor the porter, nor the receptionist it's not safe to keep it in their parking. They did not offer a safer place at our arrival.

Hotel is in a good place, everyone is really friendly, there is everything that you need for a night in a room. We got a bottle of wine, thats so sweet. Breakfast delicious.
No air conditioner in a room-thats a huge problem, only one small window is opening, too hot to sleep. Also small room, if you put your luggage on the ground there is no place to walk. Booked hotel because there is parking nearby, but we got parking 10 min walk from hotel so i would say thats a minus too when you travel with kids and everyone is tired
