Everything was perfect! Staff kind and hotel big and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and very complete. They gave us a bottle of wine and bottles of water as present. That was nice. Also two drinks from the bar for free and discounts in the Mir supermarket that is right next to the hotel, which was quite complete and practical to have so close.
The only “negative” thing I would mention is the WiFi connection. It wasn’t very good.

Excellent breakfast
Parking was a disaster. They have 200 rooms and 40 parking places. Imagine after a full day drive unloading your luggage in the rain in front of a closed barrier. Parking your car remotely and walking 10 minutes back to the hotel. Next morning same terrible routine. We had requested a parking place upfront!

No ac the room was very hot, bad elevators, sometimes you wait up to 10 minutes. Staff members not very helpful, focuses more on seeming professional rather than helping customers.

Breakfast!!! Wow what a breakfast!!! Something for everyone! Gluten free options, fruits, tea, coffee, meats, cheese, breads (5-6 kinds)etc! Love it. Clean , great customers service!! Will come back! Great location…grab a streetcar into center of Prague!!

Room and service were good. Reception was open round the clock and that was really helpful as we arrived late. Breakfast was also good. Even though the hotel is not so close to the city center, it is accessible via public transport. It is inside the urban area. There is a tran station within the walking distance and a bus stop directly infront. There is a ticket vending machine inside hotel where we can purchase ticket. But could not use it as only cash payment was possible. There is also a mini market inside the hotel where we can purchase the essentials.
Parking slots are limited. So, as mentioned already in the description here, pre booking a parking slot is better.

The hotel's parking was small, and they didn't give us a spot there. So we had to park in a P+R parking lot which is 8 minutes away from the hotel.

Breakfast was really very nice. Huge selection of everything.
No wifi in our room on the 10th floor. Signal so weak, that it was impossible to use.
For the money the room was too small. Only 1 chair, so if you wanted to stay in the room, you could either lie in the bed or sit on the toilet...
The twin beds were created by pulling 2 beds from each other so that the space between the beds was about 5cm.
Small shower, weak water pressure.
The location is quite boring. Nothing interesting around.
