Extremely rich breakfast with meat, cheese, fruits, cooked things, cakes etc., good coffee. This is the best breakfast I have had being in a hotel.
Subway is OK and useful to get to the center of Prague.
The building looks like an old dormitory that was made into a hotel, so it doesn't make you feel so comfortable when inside it. Bathroom and toilet are separated and also very narrow. There are old heating radiators there.
Croudy at breakfast. Long waiting for the elevators.
This is more a hotel for a one night stay.
Price should be lower.

The breakfast was very good, the staff were helpful, we would stay here again,
The free parking was more like a 15 minute walk away, and cost 100 koruna.

Location, staff, cleanliness, security, five-star breakfast with numerous options, perfect soundproofing of the rooms, parking, and nearby public transportation. Welcome drink, kettle, tea and coffee, complimentary bottle of wine in the room, comfortable bed, and mini-market in the hotel. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend it. Honestly, I had such a great experience at this hotel. Right from the start, the staff were super friendly, genuinely kind and helpful. It made a big difference and really set the tone for the stay.
They also had some really nice complimentary touches that I wasn’t expecting, which made everything feel a bit more special. Parking was no issue at all, they were really accommodating, which was a huge relief.
Breakfast was also surprisingly good. A solid spread with fresh options that actually tasted great, not just the usual basic stuff you forget five minutes later.
All in all, it was a comfortable, easy, and really enjoyable stay. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

The view from the 12th floor was good and the breakfast was excellent. The store in the hotel was well supplied. The staff and marketing staff tried hard to provide good service and freebies.
First, I missed to notice that the hotel had no air conditioning, and so the stuffed air in the room couldn't be fixed much with a fan provided. Second, there were just 2 elevators, for 4 persons max without any luggage, while the hotel had some 200 rooms. Getting to my room on the 12th floor was a nightmare; note that even elevators aren't air-conditioned! Third, the hotel's parking lot is severely limited, and thus the parking is actually on a street a few hundred meters away. The downtown is some 25 minutes away by car (outside rush hours) or the subway - barely acceptable.
