Very good breakfast, friendly staff, short walk from metro station, nice welcome drink and bottle of wine included in the price.
Rooms are old and outdated, almost no parking spaces available in front of the hotel, curtains did not cover the windows, no airco, shower and toilet were having some trouble (broken parts)

The breakfast was excellent, and it was possible to eat on the terrace.
The staff was friendly.
A benefit is the hotel’s convenience store.
A major advantage of the hotel is the possibility to reserve parking, which we really appreciated.
In case of a large number of people, there is a problem with long waiting times for the elevator. We were accommodated on the 13th floor.

The property location and the facility offered by them.
They only operate 2 elevators and in the morning it is a chaos, since everyone wants to get the breafast

Amazing breakfast, best value for money, considering that Prague accommodation can be expensive. Nice staff. Only comment is the room that was too hot but the room has a big fan that takes care of the problem. Far away from the center but in Prague, nothing really is far away, they have the best public transportation I've seen. I would definitely stay at Uno If I ever return.

Perfect location - 10 min to metro which takes directly to Wenceslas square and 10 min to tram which takes to Prague castle. Perfect breakfast - wide variety of everything. A plus is that there is a shop downstairs working until midnight where you can buy anything you need even the souvenirs. A parking place (booked in advance)

Honestly, I did not expect such a comfortable and lovely stay. I travelled from India and was pleasantly surprised. The location is excellent—just a 5 to 6-minute walk from the Strašnická underground station, which offers direct access to Old Town (Můstek station). The hotel staff are extremely polite, speak English well, and are genuinely humble. I would especially like to thank the reception desk team: 1) Mykyta – {she understood the needs of someone travelling from a long distance and responded quickly with thoughtful solutions.} ; 2) Aruzhan and 3) Vadim
They were all incredibly professional and helpful.
Previously, I stayed at a different hotel in Prague (Hotel Comfort), but I was disappointed with the attitude of the staff there. This hotel, however, was a completely different and much better experience.
The property is very well maintained, and there's a convenient store on the ground floor—so you don’t have to go anywhere else for essentials.
I’m very happy with my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very nice hotel, clean big rooms, breakfast is beautiful, huge selection of everything. Staff very nice, it was good value for money, will definitely stay again as I love Prague.
It has private free parking , fridge, hairdryer and all toiletries.

Nice and accommodating staff. Got lots of extras, such as a bottle of wine, a postcard, a magnet, a welcome drink, and 10% off in their little market. Bed was very comfortable. Room had a cool vibe with kind of a cartoon theme. I only stayed one night as I went to a concert in the O2 Arena. Breakfast was nice. Overall a pleasant stay! Will return.
The bathrooms were a bit outdated but not a problem. No AC in the room. It was pretty hot! Otherwise really good stay.
