Location as it was close to my workplace.
Parking is not good. Check-in was not smooth. Not friendly staff, in fact at checkout morning staff were very co-operative.
I didn't get the room I booked. It wasn't a good room.

Parking is a disaster. I mean Hotel got a 2 parking lot but to enter or out, you need to get our from your car, go all the way to reception and tell them you want to enter or out. Logistic nightmare.

The Hotel was very clean, fair rates and well connected to public transportation. With an Uber, you’re in Prag city in around 15 minutes and 200CZK.
You’ll get a Welcome drink (Mulled wine ), a free car wash, the Prague pass and a discount in the market. The staff is very friendly, always on site and speaks English.
Breakfast ist always crowded and quite small. Good coffee and juices but no Breadrolls and small variations of cold cuts and cheese. The Scrambled eggs are very good.
The parking is a nightmare; even if reservations the parking space is extremely small for that amount of guests and the spaces are super tight even for a basic car like my Ford Focus.
In our room in the 15th floor, the elevator room was extremely loud - there’s always someone using it and you can hear the engine room working. No problem for me but my Girlfriend had issues sleeping in with that noises

We had a great experience at this hotel everything was smooth from start to finish. The rooms was so cozy, breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and having free parking was super convenient. A special shoutout to Aruzhan, the receptionist she was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable!

Great location, not far from Metro station. Very friendly staff. Tasty breakfast. Parking option. Rooms are very clean. Great place to stay, if you do not plan to spend too much time in the hotel room.
Breakfast room is small, so you might need to wait until there is free table. However, the staff was very helpful in finding a suitable table. Rooms are clean, however, they are not very modern. We were missing a night light in the room, as the only light was bright day light.

Great view of the city from 13th floor window. Very friendly and helpful employees answered questions and offered assistance whenever requested. Room was clean. Public transportation via bus across the street from hotel with a short ride to the Metro station that can take you most places in the city. Free parking provided a safe place for my car. Breakfast included in price had great selection.
No restaurant and very few within walking distance of hotel. WC room is so tiny one must stand beside the toilet to close or open the door. Shower in a separate room was also very small, but adequate. Great breakfast selection but regardless of time breakfast room, even though large was so full it was difficult to move without bumping into somebody.Tables were very close together.

Hotel's location is very good. It is close (10 min walk) to the A line metro station, plus a lot of bus and tram lines.
The room is clean and comfortable.
Have a good food offer for the breakfast.
There is no a big mirror in the room, just a little on for the make-up.
Coffee/tea and toiletries refill were not proveded on daily base.

Free parking, Good breakfast, Bus stop outside of the hotel, Metro stop at 5min, Free car wash voucher, Free Prague magnet, Free bottle of water at the check-in and at the check-out, free welcome drink, friendly staff, room quite clean.
The room is a bit outdated, toilet bowl is in a different room than the shower/sink (but looks like it's quite common in the Northern part of Europe).

Very good breakfast - they even have soup and second dishes, for whoever wants that at breakfast.
Easy to find location using WAZE.
Room was spacious, clean and warm.
Not enough parking spots at the hotel - parking is available, but it's a 7-10 min walk to get back from parking to the hotel.
When we arrived, the whole parking was occupied and we had to drive to a different location to park the car overnight.
Wasn't a problem for me, because I liked the walking after driving for 6 hours straight.

Breakfast options are fabulous and the staff here is so sweet. The room is spacious and neatly decorated with fun art. The room also has some really nice furniture.
The bed was super firm but I found most places in Europe to have hard beds. And like most other guests, waiting on the elevator was timely. Also, while breakfast has great options, it can be quite crowded with hardly any room to walk.
