Pleasant
I liked the hotel's location and the service provided by Mr. Haseeb, the parking attendant; his conduct was excellent and efficient.
However, I was dissatisfied with the persistent elevator issues and long wait times, as well as the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. Some reception staff lacked experience and, at times, the proper etiquette for dealing with guests.

A few nice staff like bartender and night managers.
Parking is 700 meters away. Not enough on premise parking. Old bad room. One blinding clinical white light no lamps and cramped i”with 3 beds in a room that would never fit that many people. Worn down chair you could see the foam. Views and images clearly edited online. In a residential area that is not nice to look at or walk in at night. WiFi constantly crashed ruining my work. Offered free drinks but that was only tiny cups of juice or cheap Prosecco in little plastic glasses.

Pavlo and Mykyta were, for lack of a less dramatic wording, my guardian angels.
Pavlo welcomed me and went above and beyond. I really needed some quiet, comfort, and a desk, and my reservation somehow ended up including four beds. It was either a glitch with this website or the spoils of my 3am decision, and we chuckled at those. Pavlo then made sure that I got the exact room that I really needed in the moment. It really turned my trip around.
He also took the time to really chat with me about the city and even circle things on the map according to what I’m actually interested in, rather than the things people usually do. Because of that, I know exactly what to prioritize and where to hang out, and it’ll make my stay here so much better and more fun.
Mykyta helped me buy the very exact metro pass needed as I was heading out and helped me with a very cumbersome luggage situation.
I am really appreciative of how some of the staff go above the call of duty, truly. Best part? They’re just doing their jobs, and that’s amazing. Many people don’t, and to these guys it’s just normal and consistent.
The breakfast here is pretty impressive actually, very worth it. FYI, they do kick everyone out at 11am sharp, but that’s actually a later time than most hotels. It doesn’t matter if you’re just having a last bite, just so you’re aware to come eat early. Allergy-wise, there’s a gluten-free table but no plant milk. Breakfast area is very cute.
Cleaners for this place do a great job and are sweet.
In all, this was a hotel that had some of the nicest people I’ve met with lovely facilities.
The center is about fifteen minutes away by metro, so not super close. It feels very suburban. This is both a pro and a con. :D
The metro itself doesn’t have an elevator, but that’s not an issue of the property.if you’re taking a Bolt or Uber, the hotel itself is very accessible, no steps required.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Hotel Uno
Prague! Right upon check-in, we were greeted with a lovely welcome drink and a 10% discount voucher for the nearby convenience shop, which was a great touch.
We were placed on the 13th floor, and the room had a fantastic view overlooking the city. The breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of fresh options to start the day.
The location is very convenient—it is just an easy 10-minute walk to the metro station, providing a direct connection straight into downtown Prague. Having a restaurant and a convenience shop right nearby made grabbing quick essentials and meals effortless.
Excellent value for money, and we would happily stay here again!

Disappointing
The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated the small complimentary touches — when it was raining, the hotel lent us umbrellas, which was very convenient. At reception, there were complimentary cakes available, and we also received a welcome drink at the bar. These little details made us feel welcome.
Unfortunately, the room itself was a major disappointment. There was a strong musty smell, the ventilation did not work properly, and the toilet had an unpleasant smell. The toilet was also extremely small, to the point that it was difficult to enter and use comfortably. There was no air conditioning in the room, although fortunately the weather was not particularly hot during our stay.
The cleanliness was also not up to the standard we expected. The bathroom showed clear signs of use by previous guests, and we even found items left behind by previous guests under the bed, including slippers.
Breakfast was another issue. The breakfast room was far too small for the number of guests, so it felt very crowded and uncomfortable.
One final thing left us particularly disappointed. We were surprised that the hotel had such a high rating on Booking.com compared with, for example, its Google reviews. We later discovered that at checkout, the receptionist offers guests two magnets if they write a positive review in front of him. We found this practice very inappropriate and it made us question how representative the hotel's online rating really is. In our opinion, reviews should be based on guests' genuine experiences and should not be encouraged in exchange for gifts.

The staff was so friendly. The breakfast buffet kept us full until dinner time. Rooms were clean. Definitely will stay again when in Prague. But not in the summer.
No AC. (The ventilator made horrible and VERY LOUD sounds so couldn’t turn that on as well.) And when you open the windows there is a lot of noice because of the road and because it’s a big hotel and the other people were loud. Also the bus only comes every 30 minutes, so we had to walk 15 minutes to the metro.

I paid for parking while they did not have empty spot and I had to park on the street.
Around 14 floors hotel with nearly 20 rooms on each floor and only 2 elevators. One time it took around 10 minutes to get into elevator.
