The excellent value, awesome Pragues pass, especially free Veltava cruise, free car wash and even magnets and water when checking out.

Iako su po ceo dan zauzeti dolaskom novih gostiju, ljubaznost im je na prvom mestu. Kako udjete u Hotel nema o čemu više da brinete. Sobe čiste svaki dan, menjaju se peškiri. Kuhinja čista, jako dobro organizovana, bogat meni htane na raspolaganju. Imaju i prodavnicu veliki tj.markte gde imate sve u sklopu hotela je inace. Bar je odlican! Svaka cast i vidimo se sledece godine!!!! A da, preko puta je i autobuska stanica a meteo nekih 5,7 min.hoda, karte se kupuju u hotelskom marketu.

Free parking, super close to a bus stop and not far from metro and tram stops so we bought the 24 hour transportation pass to be able to go into the city center. Good wifi. Super kind staff and the hotel went above and beyond with providing tons of extra perks.

Everything is modest but very clean for the price — we didn’t expect luxury, and that’s absolutely fine. The breakfast is simple but sufficient, and you can always find something to eat. Parking caused a bit of stress at the beginning, but Mr. Daulet at the reception managed the situation professionally and helped us a lot. Overall, it’s good value for money and we appreciated the helpful staff.

The facilities were excellent, and the staff was very helpful and welcoming. During check-in, we received several city discounts, and at check-out, Pavlo at the front desk was very friendly, providing us with water bottles and a few souvenirs as a gesture of hospitality. The metro to get you downtown is less than a ten-minute walk.

They kept our reservation for free parking spot which we made inadvance. Breakfast was ok, not exeptional as some coments led us to belive( we had better at some hotels in this price range), but we dont complain. Rooms were cleaned regularely
The location isnt ideal either, needs a littel transfering to the center. Luckily, the bus stop is in front of the hotel( bus goes in 30 min intervals). But, thats not something they can do something about

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed. When I arrived, I had booked a room that included free parking, but the hotel parking was full. I was directed to park in a different, distant location. I was also charged a city tax that was not mentioned in my booking.
Additionally, the staff were unhelpful and uncooperative, and the room did not meet basic cleanliness and comfort standards. Overall, my experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Great location, a 10 minutes walk to Metro A line Strasnicka.
The hotel building is from the seventies, but fully renovated. The single room was spacious enough. I got a room on the 10th floor with a great city view. The service was exceptional. The staff were very friendly, all had a slight Ukrainian accent. The hotel has a restaurant, a bar, a food delivery service, and even its own supermarket. I got free parking on the hotel premises. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back next time.
The only issue (minor) was that the breakfast room was crowded on Saturday morning. However, the hotel had clearly indicated on the elevator signs that peak breakfast times should be avoided..

Good hotel with exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful staff. Almost everyone at the reception desk and in the restaurant speaks four languages- Czech, English, Russian, and Ukrainian, which made communication easy and pleasant. Breakfast was good, with a rich and varied selection of food. A special thank you goes to the breakfast team supervisor, Yulia, for the extra care and attention she gave to our family, so as to other guests. Thanks to the staff’s warmth and hospitality, our stay was truly enjoyable.

Breakfast!!! Wow what a breakfast!!! Something for everyone! Gluten free options, fruits, tea, coffee, meats, cheese, breads (5-6 kinds)etc! Love it. Clean , great customers service!! Will come back! Great location…grab a streetcar into center of Prague!!

I had a very pleasant stay at UNO Hotel Prague. The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and well organized, with a good variety to start the day comfortably. The cleaning system is excellent — rooms and common areas were always clean and well maintained. Most importantly, the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great hotel with good service and a comfortable atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it.
