Breakfast via booking - just express one (1 apple, 1 croisant, 1 biscuit and one salty biscuit), not the normal one - very dissapointing. Parking lot - in PR Skalka - they told us they had some contract with PR Skalka but we had to go there and repark every 24 hours, take the receipt and go to hotel so thwy can give us money for parking.. and its 800 meters from hotel, absolutely dissapointing.. plus room had no AC which was horrible.

I would say good price for money and friendly staff. Berakfasts were nice too.
The air conditining is missed. Especially in the hot weather. Our windows were facing to the side where bar and outside sitting is located and where people smoke - we could smell it in our room.

The room was ok, clearly not 4 stars at all. Maximum 2 stars
DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL.
Worst experience, clearly they are trying to rip off as much money as possible out of you.
First the parking situation, they have a parking space of maybe 15 spots for a hotel with way more rooms. When you get there they say they have another location where you have to pay and theoretically they pay you back for that.
Another problem is that the parking location is only for 24 hours and you have to go daily to take the car out and put it back in so you get another 24 hours. After a lot of arguing I got a key card for a long term parking for them, for which I still had to pay a 20 euro deposit. Theoretically this deposit will be unblocked upon returning the key card, still waiting to see if it will be unblocked
Second issue when we booked the room, it said breakfast included BUT be aware because they have a picture that says Express Breakfast. This means that you get your breakfast at the bar in a bag. You get a stale croissant, and apple and two packs of biscuits. This was never explained within the booking process, nor on their booking page, nor in the booking confirmation. It's only a picture that says express breakfast which is not legally binding. When you get there and complain they don't care and tell you to upgrade for 5 euro/day/person.
I made a complaint to booking and I got a small reimbursement from booking after they (Booking) couldn't get in touch with the property for the entire duration of my stay.
There are a lot more flaws like the wardrobe doors being broken, they have no AC, only a fan that sounds like a rocket engine, bathrooms small, no water pressure and many other small details.
These types of hotels don't have any place in 2026.
