The hotel location is excellent and easily accessed on foot if you like a walk from the main town centre (about 15 minutes) or a nice tram journey which leaves you around the corner with a 2 minute stroll to the front door. Our room was the size of a small house, very impressive indeed and spotlessly clean in all areas. The rooftop terrace is a nice spot to see the castle at night from but otherwise you can't see much of the city. As we were there in February it was quite chilly up on the terrace but one can imagine how lovely it would be in the summer. Our check-in at the hotel was amazing, the lady at the desk whose name I can't remember had a brilliant knowledge of "What to do while in Prague", and we mixed her knowledge with some of the things we had already chosen to do before we travelled and this worked really well. Also, the lady in receptions knowledge of the tram and metro system was also very good and her recommendations on how best to maximise our sightseeing were excellent by using both methods along with some walking which meant we saw a lot more than we expected to see.
Just on a personal level, fried eggs at the breakfast would have been a nice option as I don't eat either boiled or scrambled eggs but that is my fault not there's.

Excellent breakfast and a very comfortable room. The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from the tram station, making it easy to get around the city. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast is very complete, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The rooftop is incredible and definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. Highly recommended!

The fireplace downstairs is amazingly cosy. The reception is utmost welcoming and offered us a free drink. Rooms are tidy and clean. My girlfriend and I loved the bathroom products. The breakfast varies from day-to-day and offers some local specialties. Location is in a nice neighbourhood, close to public transport.

Perfect location and very friendly staff who are always happy to help. The room was spotless, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Breakfast was rich and satisfying, with plenty of choice. The rooftop terrace is absolutely beautiful. The fireplace in the library creates a warm and cozy atmosphere.

Our attic suite was lovely warm and cosy, clean and tidy. It was simply and nicely decorated. The bathroom was well equipped and the velux wondows throughout gave views over the rooftops. Kettle & tea making stuff, mini fridge, hairdryer. Toiletries provided too. Nice and close to the roof terrace which was accessible but chairs and tables put away which was a shame as despite the cold weather we would have liked to be able to sit out even if not for long. Staff very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Parking suitable in courtyard. Breakfast buffet varied and hearty. We’d been before and would return again. Straight forward and not too far to walk into the centre of Prague.
Nothing we didn’t like, just would have liked to be able to sit out on the roof terrace is all, but we understand why they wouldn’t encourage this in the very cold weather!

Staff couldn’t do enough for you and the hotel was a very cosy home from home
Could do with a more extensive bar. A roaring fire was crying out to be sat in front of for a few hours, when it was -8 outside.

Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety and selection. The location was excellent for our needs and excursions. Staff was exceptional and Petr was a tremendous asset to us. His directions, recommendations for restaurants, and helpfulness was above and beyond. He is a tremendous asset to this establishment and we are very thankful to have had his assistance.
