Excellent breakfast, very comfortable and quiet rooms with good air-conditioning. Front desk staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming.
The only minor quibble would be slightly unreliable water pressure and temperature in the shower.

Personality, away from the major chain hotels. Easy access to the tram station, with connection to the main train station. Away from the touristy areas. Good breakfast!
Shower was odd, and fluctuated between super hot and cold. Beds where worn down on one side, my friends side was fine. I had a slight back ache from the bed.

An amazing place, ideally located for everything. The river is nearby, with a truly lovely island, and there are several convenient public transport options to reach the city center. The parking spot was great, the breakfast was good, and the terrace offered a pleasant experience. The staff were extremely helpful with everything we asked for. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

It is well-located.
There were a few problems: 1. We were given a bedroom with thin white curtains that didn't block the sun in the morning so the room would get bright at 5am. We asked at reception for a solution and were told that all rooms were the same. A couple days later, while walking around the hotel, we saw 2 bedrooms with their doors open and noticed that they had thicker dark curtains. We had to complain again and challenge the staff explanation to be given a bedroom with proper curtains. 2. The shower temperature is unstable and the water can suddenly get very hot. We had to raise twice with staff for someone to look into it, but got told that they couldn't reproduce the issue. The issue not only persisted as also happened in the new bedroom. I also noticed that a couple more people raised the issue in their reviews a few weeks back. The hotel is clearly not taking the issue seriously. 3. Staff didn't follow up with the issues we raised. We had to chase them and prove that they existed otherwise they'd simply give an explanation and brush it off Important to point out that this is not a 4 stars hotel. So if you are considering staying here you should compare it to 2-3 stars hotels.

Breakfast was nice. Location was a bit farther than I thought it would be, but that was on me. The room was beautiful! Comfy bed. Lobby had old world charm! Oxsana was very helpful and exhibited wonderful customer service!

The location is fabulous, trams run fast and the city is fantastic. Breakfast is delicious specially the local bread. The terrasse is nice and cozy.
