Oxana was a "gem" of a host. She welcomed us with warmth and provided information that helped us feel welcome and helped us navigate the city successfully. She also helped us with what Czech cuisine was a "must try".
The breakfast was varied and delicious. The location perfect for our needs. The room was clean and quiet and a perfect respite from touring.
We loved the decor, the rooftop terrace, the library and the welcoming beer.
No complaints.

There were two things that really stood out when choosing this hotel, the breakfast and the rooftop terrace. I only wish I had been there for the tea! I'm sure it would have been great!

The hotel itself. Beutifull, special, has a vintege feeling to it. Great brakefast. Amazing staff. Thank so much to Peter, Victor and Oksana. Peter helped us so much with everything- renting a car, figuring how to park, getting a package of data for our phone. An amazing guy. The viee from the panoramic floor also.
The got water on the 4 floor get really hot in the shower if somebody flushes the water. Can be problematic with kids. We informed them and they said it would be taken care of.

We only stayed one night and had to leave really early in the morning, so we missed breakfast, but we liked our room a lot and the staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful.

Our trip was memorable because of Marcela!! From our check-in; to providing free refreshment drinks; Tea time; and providing the city map with directions. We found our way around Prague!

The hotel was really nice and staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really tasty. Parking was paid (20 EUR per day) but safe in the backyard of the hotel. Location is great - walkable distance from the city.
I would recommend spending time om the roof terrace!
Rooms and facilities were basic.

Away from the crowds in Old town but close enough to walk. Receptionist on duty when we checked in was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time helping us plan our trip.
Breakfast was very nice with a big variety of hot and cold items.

The lady at reception was very welcoming and despite my early arrival there was no problem to leave my suitcase in the luggage store as there as some other places in Prague that don't allow this for free. The bed was very comfortable and everything was perfect for a short stay.

If the room faces the street, there is a very strong noise coming from the windows into the room, which disturbs sleeping.

The breakfast was perfect for our situation. We were able to sleep in a bit and know that there would be food available when we made our way down to the sitting area. The location was good because it kept us away from the heavily populated tourist areas. Also, the room was large enough and the service was excellent. Every person we interacted with were friendly, considerate, and accommodating.
