Our stay here was amazing. The reception was welcoming and helpful. They provided gluten-free breakfast options for one of our group. Advised us on how to travel around. Breakfast was delicious and it changed every day. Anything we requested was accommodated. We just loved our stay here.
Bathtub with shower could be upgraded to a normal walk-in shower.

The location was perfect and the property is cozy and nice. The breakfast was one of the best we have had. Zuzana from the front desk deserves an 11/10 rating! She made sure we had everything we needed and made our stay feel like home. Definitely recommended!

Loved this hotel so much!!!! Friendly staff all around. The terrace was a lovely spot for relaxing and regrouping. Great location that is simultaneously quiet yet near enough to points of interest.

They really tried to get this 10. They are so close, I am going to give them a 10: - Everything was clean - There was a roof terrace (unfortunately, weather was not good during my visit) - It was on a quiet part of town - Tram very near (3min walk) can take you to places - Bed was comfy - Minibar had room for my drinks - There is a big shopping mall (15min walk OR 5min tram ride) nearby - 24h reception - Breakfast was good, bread, toppings, sausages, eggs and bacon - and great dessert and many different juices - Rooms look like historic Prague meets a modern hotel - Cleaning every day at around 12pm - 1pm (when I am not around or sleeping in) - I felt like I got a good deal
They really tried to get this 10. So here are my (minor) complaints: - The clocks in reception were not synced - It was like 2-5min walk to tram/nearest shop - Breakfast was good, not exceptional - Minibar was kinda expensive - Water pressure from shower was not the best - Shower gave hot bursts and cold bursts with medium setting - There was a bathtub (I don't like those) - The second window curtains left a small crack for the light to shine through

Exceptional location, close to tram stops. Really quiet and slept well. The air con in the room worked great, we kept it on a lot. Rooms were clean and they had room service where the service was excellent. Breakfast was good. Staff were all very friendly.
If you go down later, breakfast may not be topped up as much so you will miss out on food.

Lovely hotel with beautful decor, full of amazing antiques in the lobby and a suprise welcome drink - Prosecco or beer All the staff were wonderful Amazing 2 bedroom suite, fab decor, furniture and fittings...beds superb.. aircon was so welcome Right by the roof terrace with views of the castle Great hot and cold breakfast, lots of choice and very tasty 3 mins from tram stop and next to lovely little park.. Highly recommended
would have liked larger cups, or mugs, for the coffee in the room ..
