Great location. Easy walk to Pertrin Hill and Charles Bridge, but far enough out of the touristy area so that the area was quiet. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect and the property is cozy and nice. The breakfast was one of the best we have had. Zuzana from the front desk deserves an 11/10 rating! She made sure we had everything we needed and made our stay feel like home. Definitely recommended!

Loved this hotel so much!!!! Friendly staff all around. The terrace was a lovely spot for relaxing and regrouping. Great location that is simultaneously quiet yet near enough to points of interest.

They really tried to get this 10. They are so close, I am going to give them a 10:
- Everything was clean
- There was a roof terrace (unfortunately, weather was not good during my visit)
- It was on a quiet part of town
- Tram very near (3min walk) can take you to places
- Bed was comfy
- Minibar had room for my drinks
- There is a big shopping mall (15min walk OR 5min tram ride) nearby
- 24h reception
- Breakfast was good, bread, toppings, sausages, eggs and bacon - and great dessert and many different juices
- Rooms look like historic Prague meets a modern hotel
- Cleaning every day at around 12pm - 1pm (when I am not around or sleeping in)
- I felt like I got a good deal
They really tried to get this 10. So here are my (minor) complaints:
- The clocks in reception were not synced
- It was like 2-5min walk to tram/nearest shop
- Breakfast was good, not exceptional
- Minibar was kinda expensive
- Water pressure from shower was not the best
- Shower gave hot bursts and cold bursts with medium setting
- There was a bathtub (I don't like those)
- The second window curtains left a small crack for the light to shine through

We really enjoyed our stay here. The gentleman at reception was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable. The location worked out well for us. We would definitely stay here again.

The property has the updated elegance of an old palace or old school, Hotel. It is conveniently located just a block from the tram lines that basically will take you anywhere you want to go in Prague. The neighborhood that it sits in is relatively quiet yet just blocks away from the noise and bluster of the city.

The hotel itself is nicely situated, within walking distance of Old Town and most major attractions. There is an old world charm to it. A lovely library with soft music playing (even the occasional Christmas song will slip in, regardless of the time of year). Breakfast is plentiful and delicious, with the spread changing every day. There's a beautiful spa underground which is very affordable to book as well as a nice rooftop terrace with views of the surroundings. Above all, though, I must commend the staffer Zuzana who, from the moment I arrived, was a bubble delight. She greeted me with a welcome drink and took the time to talk through the hotel's location and its proximity to the sights. She walked me through the spa prior to my appointment, brought me a glass of Prosecco when I arrived. Even on my last day, she set me up with a cab to the airport when I had trouble hailing an Uber. Her upbeat personality was always welcome to return to, to the point where my friends and I would always hope to find her whenever we entered or exited. A wonderful stay.
My only note is that the shower in my room was missing a door or curtain, which made it a little hard to shower without getting water on the floor. The shower in my friends' room was enclosed so I would just say ensuring all rooms either have a shower door or curtain would be appreciated.

This hotel is a gem! I highly recommend it. The location is perfect, walking distance (or short tram trip) to main touristic places but it is not in the middle of old town where things get a bit crowded, loud and expensive. Near the hotel you will have tram stations, restaurants and supermarkets.
The rooms are very comfortable and clean, the whole hotel is spotless. I feel that they thought about everything. There is a terrace with a wonderful sight of the city, a small cozy library to enjoy and relax after a hectic day, free lockers and bathrooms in case you arrive early or after you check out and no longer have access to the room and need a place to put your bags.
The staff was wonderful as well, they make you feel at home.
Breakfast area is a bit small and it may a little congested during peak hours but nothing you can’t survive with a bit of patience.

Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety and selection. The location was excellent for our needs and excursions. Staff was exceptional and Petr was a tremendous asset to us. His directions, recommendations for restaurants, and helpfulness was above and beyond. He is a tremendous asset to this establishment and we are very thankful to have had his assistance.
