Cute hotel in a great location to go exploring the wonders of Prague. The bed was cozy and the view was lovely and the street was quiet and the shower didn't flood the room! Free minibar refills was an added bonus and having a sauna on site is just decadent.

Spacious, comfortable, and well-designed room with plenty of natural light, in a very central location.
The staff was unprofessional and poorly coordinated. Despite confirming a parking reservation in writing before arrival, we were told at check-in that no parking was available. The explanation given was that another guest may have arrived earlier or extended their stay, and that parking reservations therefore cannot be guaranteed. This directly contradicted the written confirmation we received. We were redirected to a nearby mall parking that was more expensive, with no compensation offered, and the issue was dismissed rather than taken seriously. This lack of accountability set a very negative tone for the stay.

The room is clean, big and convenient.
The staff is nice.
The hotel located in the old town just near the Paladium mall, the powder tower and the old town square but still located in a quiet street.
There is an elevator a gym and a spa.
The pillows were uncomfortable

The front desk staff are wonderful! This was my second stay at this hotel and both times they were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern, clean and the rooms are very nice!

Best hotel I've ever stayed at! 10 out of 10! The design is amazing - the architect even won a prize for designing this hotel. Everything is impeccably clean. Spotless! Everywhere smells like perfume (and money):)) (they even have their own perfume brand and it's for sale). The minibar was complimentary every day! You also have room service. The staff is very friendly.
The location is amazing!!! The neighbourhood is really posh, stuffed with chic shops, restaurants, brasseries, hotels. There's even a Michelin star restaurant, one minute distance. Also, Parizska street, that's got most of the high end stores, is only a few minutes distance.
The metro station is very close (Namesti Republiky), but I've never used it, because the most important attractions are so close (maximum 30 minutes walk for the farest).
I would definately come back! Loved it!

Our belongings were stolen during our stay here in October 2025 (3 nights stay). When reported this to the hotel upon returning from our trip, we received no response/reply from the management. It’s uncharacteristic of a 4-star establishment to ignore its customer feedback especially it’s related to a theft on its property.
We chose Hotel Jose for its location, modern design, safety, and its many excellent reviews on Booking.com.
Please be careful if you are choosing to stay here based on its positive reviews and ignore the bad ones. It changes your travel experience in Prague.
